Dataweavers have managed our infrastructure for a number of years and it has made our lives easier. Our uptime SLAs have improved, our team is happier as we have 24/7 support and we are up to data on the Sitecore version, which is not always easy to achieve. The support team is knowledgeable, and always happy to help. Our regular catch ups are a great way to keep in touch and I find them very good. We can do much more internally as we don't have to worry about infrastructure anymore.
