## About Datamolino
Datamolino finds important data on invoices, bills and receipts. No more manual data entry into Xero and QuickBooks Online accounting software. Free trial available. Automated data capture Datamolino captures all important financial details required for QuickBooks. You can also capture line item details (on Detailed user plans). Datamolino will capture the net, tax and TOTAL values and let you split the transaction into multiple tax rates where necessary. Automated bookkeeping Datamolino learns how you code your items. It will suggest the correct coding for suppliers that you have previously processed. You can adjust any details before you send your data to QuickBooks. Multiple companies on one subscription You can create multiple Folders in Datamolino and connect each to a different QuickBooks company. There are no extra fees associated with having multiple users and companies under one subscription. Effortless processing Once your data is ready, it is easy to review and send to QuickBooks. There is also full-text search to help you find anything. Datamolino detects duplicates and makes it really easy to keep your books in order!

**What do you like best about Datamolino?**

Datamolino helps creates accounts, data capture from invoice and manages the expense. It supports multiple currencies, hence very useful for international projects and clients. It's easy to use and reliable. It's inexpensive and very easy to setup. You can get started immediately after signing up. You can also integrate your Xero HQ account and import your client's data. You can extract the data from the invoice and save them in your account directly. Phone call support is also provided in case of any issues using Datamolino. Datamolino API comes in very handy to automate tasks.

**What do you dislike about Datamolino?**

We communicate with clients on a daily basis, hence they should have provided some contact database feature to store contact information. The generated invoices cannot be customized. Mobile payment is not available, hence it becomes difficult for our clients to pay online. Project Billing is missing, hence we have to use another software for it. There is no specific desktop software available for Mac or Windows.

**What problems is Datamolino solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Datamolino we were using QuickBook, then we shifted to Datamolino around 1year ago. The bookkeeping for a large number of clients has become easy with Datamolino. There is no need for manual entry of invoice, with the OCR feature we can import data from the invoice by scanning it. It saves a lot of time. The OCR is very accurate. We have integrated the Datamolino API we our central system to automate invoice scanning and bookkeeping tasks.
