What do you like best about Dashpivot?

-Workflow format could have a better numbering system that shows what report it is.

-When viewing a photo, it would be good to add a swiping functionality in order to more easily move between photos - especially when in full screen mode.

"Enhanced Processes Through Dashpivot"

What do you like best about Dashpivot?

Ability to digitise existing paper based processes. This enhances visibility of sites we working on, the real time information makes soling issues on site far quicker than we were through phone calls, e-mails etc. We find the templates very easy to make, issue and use meaning implementation has been made very simple.

Photo's and tagging has helped give contract managers an instant overview of what work has been completed on each day and an ability to see issues and correct before they become snagging issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dashpivot?

What problems is Dashpivot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Most of our construction sites are not local therefore there was a disconnect between site based staff and office based project engineers and contract managers. With Dashpivot we have gained a real time over view of what is happening on site and an ability to log and record more information without burdening the site supervisors with more admin. The work flow feature is one of it's best features. Being able to see weather or not a purchase order or permit has been signed off and knowing who you need to contact to get it approved to keep the work going onsite. What do you like best about Dashpivot?

I love the fact that I can see what my work colleagues are doing on site. We take a lot of photos for record keeping, for reporting, for QA, etc. The guys can place all of their photos on Dashpivot, from where I can download or export them. This is very handy for weekly reports or checking a detail of something you did in the past.

If you have a rough idea of when a photo was done, you can filter the photos by date. This is very handy to filter through a lot of photos. Similarly, you can filter by user. If you know who the engineer is in the area, you can filter through his/her individual photos narrowing it down even more.

You can create custom templates which are really handy. You can create a new template in a very short time, customized to your exact needs. This is probably a feature we don't use enough, but has the potential to be a very powerful tool if you are willing to invest 5 to 10 minutes.

One of the templates we use most frequently is the "Daily diary". This is a very simple and effective way of documenting your works.

A great mobile app, with a lot of features found on the desktop version.

Can tag your photos and then later search by your tags.

Can create different "areas". Upload photos per area of works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dashpivot?

I don't have any dislikes in the app. It does exactly what I expect from it. I do wish my project would rely more on it, as it's a great way of centralizing a lot of documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Dashpivot:

Definitely worth it. Great support from the developers as well, with constant improvements. If you have any questions, just type it in the chat bubble and you'll be sorted in a couple of minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dashpivot?

We have used Dashpivot to assist our CQS staff in identifying and rectifying defects in building quality, Environment and some WHS compliance. "Excellent app with seamless interface to desktop"

What do you like best about Dashpivot?

It works offline, it uploads photos really quickly, the workflow processes are clearly laid out, there are logical options to export info to other formats. I’m prompted to write comments about the photos I upload. I never have an issue using the app for the same things I can use on the desktop version. All the features it has are excellent and I’ve found no bugs so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dashpivot?

It could have more features! I’d love for it to be our main safety app but it just doesn’t have that capability yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dashpivot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Instantaneous access to information from the site team is something I value highly in my fast paced construction role. I can get instant snapshots of what’s happening on site just by having other engineers out there taking relevant photos and sharing with the team. Without Dashpivot I have to call for an update and I’m often too busy and so are they.
