Admins build templates with a drag-and-drop editor using field types like photos, signatures, location, weather, tables, dropdowns, counter fields, and formulas. - AI Form Fill: Draft forms from voice notes, photos, and typed inputs, so workers can talk instead of type. - AI Templates: Generate a new template from a description or import an existing PDF, Word, or Excel form. - Templates: Build once and use the same format across teams and projects, and every form inherits the structure. - Forms: Fill documents on the website or via native iOS and Android apps, with offline capture, GPS stamping, digital sign-off, autosave, and a full audit trail per record. - Workflows: Route forms through approval chains with conditional routing. - Actions: Turn inspection findings and defect reports into assigned tasks with owners and due dates. - Registers: Automatically generated registers give a live searchable view of every submission, filterable by any field. - Data Flows: PDF exports, CSV, or connect with Xero, QuickBooks, Microsoft Suite and more via Flowsite. There is a massive amount of automation possible after a bit of practice **What do you dislike about Dashpivot?** There is a steep learning curve. I’m prompted to write comments about the photos I upload. I never have an issue using the app for the same things I can use on the desktop version. All the features it has are excellent and I’ve found no bugs so far. **What do you dislike about Dashpivot?** It could have more features! I’d love for it to be our main safety app but it just doesn’t have that capability yet. **What problems is Dashpivot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Instantaneous access to information from the site team is something I value highly in my fast paced construction role. I can get instant snapshots of what’s happening on site just by having other engineers out there taking relevant photos and sharing with the team. Without Dashpivot I have to call for an update and I’m often too busy and so are they. It’s also great for sharing lessons learnt across large projects and maintaining records with daily site diaries. ### 3. You can learn how to use almost all features in just a few hours. - App works well for crew working on site. - Neat layout. - Very helpful and keen customer support / staff. **What do you dislike about Dashpivot?** - Lacks a few features that might be expected of software like this (e.g. ease of editing certain components of templates). - If you accidentally delete a form it is gone for good. - Lack of flexibility in design of templates and export options. **Recommendations to others considering Dashpivot:** Worth a shot - Dashpivot is constantly improving and seems to be trying to meet the needs of its clients, always taking on board feedback and implementing it to the software. **What problems is Dashpivot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Gap between crew and office staff is easily bridged with all users being able to fill required forms. Templates can be easily created that allow you to collect whatever information you feel is required from site without having to leave the office.
