I also like that it is focused on BFSI use cases such as lending, insurance, collections, onboarding, and customer engagement.

**What do you like best about Darwix AI?**

We use this tool throughout our outbound calling team and inside sales pods. The most significant benefit has been how rapidly it transformed thousands of unstructured calls into a clear understanding of what sets our top performers apart and where we might be missing opportunities.

**What do you dislike about Darwix AI?**

While there is still potential to enhance self-serve configuration and admin-level controls - particularly for quickly launching new use cases across various business lines - the team remains highly responsive and typically delivers updates promptly once they grasp the requirements.

**What problems is Darwix AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The GenAI-powered Agent Suite provides our representatives with real-time prompts during live conversations, which has helped decrease the time spent on low-value questions and improved the consistency with which they address objections and compliance matters. Additionally, the Sherpa device, combined with the conversation intelligence layer, has given us insight into in-person meetings, so we are no longer unaware of what takes place in branches and out in the field.

**What do you like best about Darwix AI?**

Darwix AI’s conversational analytics and agent assist are extremely useful. It provides real-time context by surfacing previous interactions with the same customer and offers helpful nudges especially for technical or compliance-related information right when agents need it.  Also, voicebots take care of low level queries and free up human agents for tasks that are complex

**What do you dislike about Darwix AI?**

The platform can take a few seconds to load conversation history in low-bandwidth conditions, which slightly affects the real time experience. A more responsive offline or edge mode fallback would be helpful.

Darwix AI solves the problem of scattered customer context by unifying conversations across channels and providing real-time agent guidance. This helps us respond faster, stay compliant, and deliver a more personalized customer experience.

We especially love the real-time agent assist, multilingual support, and the live QA scoring feature that dramatically improves compliance and productivity. Nudges are contextually spot-on, but at times, the length of the message slows down response time. A toggle for “brief vs. detailed” mode would be a great addition.

The detail oriented approach that the tool has which helps in seamless integration of existing CRM tools. 
The team at Darwix AI was very supportive from the initial discussion to the Demo Call and then seamless integration of the tool and boosting our Sales Engine..

Nothing as such as of now. This is a new tool so moving forward users can expect more improvements.
