**What do you like best about Daialog?**

Daialog is striving to be an all-in-one ATS & CRM solution for recruiters, and they are moving quickly and efficiently. They have great customer service and are flexible in receiving feedback for enhancements. Mike is truly passionate about the platform, and it shows!

**What do you dislike about Daialog?**

Cannot track expenses. Accounting/Finance capabilities would be a nice-to-have.

**What problems is Daialog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I recently dropped another ATS/CRM tool because it was too robust and had too many things I didn't need. Daialog is simple, easy to use, and the customer service response time is second to none!
