**What do you like best about Cyclops Eye Care Records?**

What I like best is the ability to view past, future, and missed appointments; insurance and contact information all in one view.

**What do you dislike about Cyclops Eye Care Records?**

It is much slower than our former system and has long updates from time to time which can be inconvenient. Fortunately, these updates are only upon starting up for the day and not during the workday.

**Recommendations to others considering Cyclops Eye Care Records:**

Make sure your staff is able to handle computer systems efficiently. It can take a long time for someone unfamiliar with general tech functionality to figure out how to do essential tasks in Cyclops.

**What problems is Cyclops Eye Care Records solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have the ability to easily change the status of patients throughout the day (i.e., arrived, checked in, left message, etc). We can also scan in records to implement paper-only to electronic-only.
