**What do you like best about Cut+Dry?**

I no longer enter orders for my customers.  My customers enter their own orders through the Cut+Dry app.  My customers can now shop our entire inventory and add items they may not have known we had.  I can suggest items to my customers on the carousel.

**What do you dislike about Cut+Dry?**

So far, my customers are unable to see credits on their accounts.  I think my organization is working to get that resolved.

**What problems is Cut+Dry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cut+Dry is taking over my administrative work.  That is giving me more time in the day to be in front of customers and prospects.

It has allowed so much flexability with ordering and interactions with my accounts. My accounts are able to see products they never new we had because they didnt have a good platform to access our catalog

i havent used cut and dry long enough to expierence any negative feedback

customers access to our full catalong, online pay, auto pay, customers placing their own orders

Very quick response, requested work was complete in a few hours

No downside, platform is intuitive and easy to use. customer support is responsive and helpful.

It is making it easier for customers to place orders and easier for sales to show products and look up current inventory.

The hours it saves every day for my staff and my customers is very beneficial to streamlining my business

**What do you dislike about Cut+Dry?**

I don't have any dislikes so far, we have been using the software for a few months now and while sometimes it does have a glitch or two, the support team fixes it immediately

**What problems is Cut+Dry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is streamlining our order taking process and simplifying the order experience as a whole. It allows my customers to easily reorder products as well as discover new ones

I like how user friendly it is for both sales consultants and customers.

Missing product information or photos forces me to cross check another system.

When I reported an inaccurate photo the cut+dry team was very quick to respond and correct the problem.

It's visually appealing. There is a lot of info but not so much that it is cluttered. I enjoyed all the product info and pictures.

**What do you dislike about Cut+Dry?**

I would like to see live inventory on the distributor side

**What problems is Cut+Dry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows my customers to place orders on their time. It frees up my schedule to focus on other parts of my business rather than taking orders.

**What do you like best about Cut+Dry?**

It is an extremely easy platform for my customers to use.  I find my customers are purchasing more by having my complete catalog at their fingertips.

**What do you dislike about Cut+Dry?**

I do wish that as the sales rep I was able to change delivery dates and make changes without having to contact my in house customer service to do that.

**What problems is Cut+Dry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customers are able to submit their own orders at a time that is convenient for them.
