## Culture Shift Reviews
  ### 1. Great customer service and an easy to use platform.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Culture Shift?**

No question is silly! The relationship managers are always happy to talk things through with you - everything from not quite understanding something to big ideas for future developments. The partner is in control of lots of the system updates so you can make them when is appropriate for you, again though if you get stuck someone is usually available to help.

The system itself is very good but it's the added elements of working with Culture Shift which are a real benefit, such as the community of practice events and having the opportunity to regularly talk with others in the sector.

Implementation was very easy, with lots of guidance provided about what questions to ask on reports and things to consider.

**What do you dislike about Culture Shift?**

Not much! Some parts of the system could be tidier, particularly when updating some elements. The reporting is very good but it's a shame you can't currently report on data entered into forms which are added to reports.

It can feel a little English focused at times, which can be hard if based elsewhere in the UK. But I think that has improved in recent years.

**What problems is Culture Shift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are providing a secure way for individuals to report, both to access support and report anonymously. This helps us to provide a trusted way to access support, along with a safe way to store and report on data.

  ### 2. User-friendly and Comprehensive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Culture Shift?**

I’ve found the Culture Shift platform, and particularly the Report and Support system, to be an invaluable part of our University community. It plays a vital role in fostering a safer, more inclusive, and supportive environment for both students and staff. I use it daily, along with other staff in Human Resources and our Student Wellbeing services.

One of the aspects I value most is its accessibility and ease of use. The system is clear, straightforward, and well-designed, which means people can make a report or seek advice without unnecessary barriers. The ability to edit the dashboard has been integral to responding quickly to things like new regulations - I can do it myself without having to go back and forth via email. The option to report either anonymously, including messaging anonymously, or with contact details adds an extra layer of reassurance. It empowers individuals to come forward in a way that feels right for them, and that flexibility is crucial in sensitive situations.

Another strength is how comprehensive the system feels. It doesn’t just serve as a reporting tool - it also acts as an educational and supportive resource. The platform signposts users towards our own organisational policies, guidance, and wellbeing services, ensuring that anyone affected by an issue knows exactly where they can turn for further help. This combination of reporting and resources makes it more than just a system; it feels like part of a wider culture of care and accountability.

The analytical tools that are available are useful, as well, for reporting to my organisation and for tracking issues in real time - they're easy to use and make data analysis much more user-friendly than a lot of other platforms I've worked with.

The staff at Culture Shift are also positive and always responsive. They curate a community of users and draw on our experiences and skills to improve the platform, holding in person community sessions each year as well as monthling online sessions that allow us to come together and discuss trends and issues we may be having. This is, perhaps, the most unique aspect of Culture Shift, and one that sets them apart from other systems.

**What do you dislike about Culture Shift?**

I honestly can't think of one, as it makes this particular aspect of my job more efficient than it would be otherwise.

**What problems is Culture Shift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sensitive reporting, a comprehensive source of information that is required by the OfS, data analysis - Culture Shift addresses each of these with an intuitive, easy to use system and readily available, personalised support.

  ### 3. Great support and aftercare from all the team at culture shift

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** harnek p. | Dignity and Respect Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Culture Shift?**

Great and quick communication on any issues, we are new to setting up Report and Support platform here at Bradford. The support given during implementation was excellent and this has continued through access to working groups and regular updates received

**What do you dislike about Culture Shift?**

Not really any downsides as such, perhaps given the current financial crisis to be able to attend in person, we could have access to online attendance at annual meetings and events.

**What problems is Culture Shift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we are addressing the reporting of bullying and harassment issues at our university. We adapted the platform to suit our needs rather than a standard type. This has complemented some of policies such as dignity and respect and gives us an alternative method of anonymous reporting

  ### 4. An amazing leading and pioneering company

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stefan P. | Diversity and Engagement Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Culture Shift?**

What I like best about Culture Shift is the genuine commitment to creating safer, more inclusive environments through a platform that is both user-friendly and adaptable. The team does truly listen to the needs of their customers/partners and works collaboratively to create long lasting change.

**What do you dislike about Culture Shift?**

There’s very little to dislike, but one area I’d love to see developed further is a deeper integration of broader EDI-focused tools and features within the platform. Given Culture Shift’s incredible potential and commitment to inclusion, I think there’s real scope to expand even further into areas like intersectionality, accessibility, and systemic bias.

**What problems is Culture Shift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Culture Shift is solving several issues around reporting, responding to, and ultimately preventing harassment, bullying, discrimination, and other forms of misconduct within institutions. Before using the platform, reporting pathways were often unclear, inconsistent, or inaccessible, which discouraged individuals from coming forward. Culture Shift has transformed this by providing a safe, anonymous, and user-friendly space where students and staff can raise concerns with confidence.

  ### 5. Culture Shift is passionate about making a difference

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Culture Shift?**

A well defined purpose and platform that supports this. Commitment to community and collaborative learning to make improvements that have impact. Experts that keep up with changing policy, regulation and requirements. Approachable and and responsive customer support during the implementation stage. Integration into the organisation supported by variety of communications materials and templates. The design and set up is important to get right - specific to the organisation and it takes time to work through this but is well supported.

**What do you dislike about Culture Shift?**

When budgets are so strapped, the additional cost to attend training and development can be prohibitive. Scrutiny on investment and ROI is challenging.

**What problems is Culture Shift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working with Culture Shift and the introduction of Report & Support means that we have a consistent approach to enable reporting of inappropriate behaviour across our community of students, staff and visitors, and across multiple campus locations.
