# Which UEM solutions have strong long-term adoption among IT managers after initial rollout?

&lt;p&gt;Switching cost can hide weak adoption, so I’d look at what IT managers voluntarily keep doing in the platform after year one. If NinjaOne is still where they build automations and manage patching rather than just where devices happen to be enrolled, that’s a much stronger signal that the UEM has actually stuck.&lt;/p&gt;
