The design and set up is important to get right - specific to the organisation and it takes time to work through this but is well supported.

No question is silly! The relationship managers are always happy to talk things through with you - everything from not quite understanding something to big ideas for future developments. The partner is in control of lots of the system updates so you can make them when is appropriate for you, again though if you get stuck someone is usually available to help. The system itself is very good but it's the added elements of working with Culture Shift which are a real benefit, such as the community of practice events and having the opportunity to regularly talk with others in the sector. Implementation was very easy, with lots of guidance provided about what questions to ask on reports and things to consider.
