# Which Dayforce consulting partners handle M&A data conversions and system reoptimization for growth scenarios well?

I’d expect pay-policy reconciliation to be the tougher part. Moving historical data is one challenge; making two sets of overtime rules, accruals, and pay policies behave correctly in the same Dayforce environment is another. Sability’s live-payroll support sounds particularly valuable here because that’s when conversion issues become real payroll problems.
