Their support made the setup process smooth and stress-free! **What do you dislike about HR365?** The one downside I've noticed is that user settings sometimes revert or change unexpectedly, which can be a bit frustrating. It would be great to see more stability in this area in future updates. That said, the support team is quick to assist when issues arise, which has made the experience much easier to manage. **What problems is HR365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** The Excel download option of Employee Directory was no longer available to all users and Praveen was able to fix it. ### 2. It can be as simple or as complicated as the business needs. Setting allow for a lot of additional features - reminders, detailed tracking etc. This can get little confusing at times, but all was addressed by always available and knowledgeable support team. Sakshi was my main Sales contact while Dilipa lead the support on IT side. Any issues that we raised - were resolved in matter of hours or less. **What do you dislike about HR365?** Nearly too many restrictions and setting for the app. It took us a little while to get used to some of them, but again always available support team addressed this concern. **What problems is HR365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to understand how team spends time and have this information available to ream managers by seamlessly integrating within Power BI. ### 34.
