We are enjoying the great features available in the Directory, and when any questions have arisen their customer support has been phenominal, with a special appreciation for Frank A. who has been a Godsend! They are quick to respond and very efficient at addressing questions. Would highly recommend this product! **What do you dislike about HR365?** Wish we would have found it several years ago! **What problems is HR365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need to have a way to see who is supporting whom in our organization, ability to view their Teams presence, a way to quickly contact people from the Directory, ability to see all the people that a support staff member supports, employees enjoy seeing the Org chart for managers, and we are a close-knit company so people enjoy knowing when there are birthdays and anniversaries and receiving an automatic email recognition of the event is a wonderful touch!
