What do you like best about HR365?

I've had a great experience with the HR 365 Employee Directory. The support team, especially Praveen and Frank, were incredibly helpful and responsive. They took the time to patiently walk me through all my questions and resolved any issues quickly and thoroughly. Their support made the setup process smooth and stress-free! What do you dislike about HR365?

The one downside I've noticed is that user settings sometimes revert or change unexpectedly, which can be a bit frustrating. It would be great to see more stability in this area in future updates. That said, the support team is quick to assist when issues arise, which has made the experience much easier to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
