The HR ticketing system is very useful for tracking day to day help requests, effectively. The asset manager tool is used regularly by our performance group to track and check in/out equipment for job site visits and allows them to effectively work as a team and know what tools are available or not to borrow for job site visits. I really like the centralized employee repository in HR365 because it brings all employee data into one place, ensuring consistent data and providing a single source of truth for the HR team. If a staff is reporting to many supervisors, it does not give a 365 overview of the scope of that employee, limiting the supervisors to give a holistic performance appraisal objectively.
