The quality of the integrated imaging is excellent. The corresponding imaging products are easy to use & care for. Product ingenuity for the functionality of manipulating the images and the ability to use those products for creating outstanding images is heads above other software. The software has a limit of one person accessing a chart or its corresponding records at a time. So the doctor can't be in the chart while the front desk is trying to schedule the patient, or the front desk can not access the insurance while the chart is open without limitations on it. The ledger portion can be difficult to follow in complicated insurance cases. There are also glitches that the company is aware of but don't make the customers aware of until you call in with an issue then they inform you of the need to update the software again. Updating the software is time consuming and glitchy. Contacting customer support is time consuming. In January you can almost forget getting hold of them. Everything, from the way we have to enter the treatment plans and completed, to the prescriptions, the pan. the fact that they cant check out if we have it up in the back. So dealing with a lot of yelling and attitudes about the forgotten charting modules... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
