**What do you like best about Crunchtime Host?**

I have never used another restaurant software so I dont have anything to compare but I use Dine Time at my current job as a host and it is great, can not think of any problems. 

**What do you dislike about Crunchtime Host?**

The only thing I would really prefer is if the system would be able to give a wait-time estimate quickly for each party so the host doesnt always have to calculate by looking at how long the tables have been there. Would make it more simple.

**What problems is Crunchtime Host solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving the problem of (busy) restaurant coordination. I work at a BJs and we get pretty busy regularly. Dine Time keeps up with our speed and is reliable.

**What do you like best about Crunchtime Host?**

Very efficient in telling when a bill has been paid. Will switch automatically and let you know when tables are cleared.

**What do you dislike about Crunchtime Host?**

Sometimes it can freeze. This may be due to internet connect and not the product itself but it can be quite frustrating.

**What problems is Crunchtime Host solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Seating guests and using a reservation/waiting list
