&lt;p&gt;Lower infrastructure overhead would matter most to me at this company size. A virtual lab loses much of its value if the training team still needs IT to provision, reset, and troubleshoot environments constantly. I’d test how independently admins can launch a cohort, reuse environments, reset labs, and monitor learners before comparing the depth of the training features themselves.&lt;/p&gt;
