What do you like best about Medallia Ideas?

It helps drive employee engagement and provides a good platform for citing innovative ideas. It's very easy to use; customer service from the company was outstanding and extremely responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Medallia Ideas?

It would work better with a larger organization. Most of our ideas for implementation have been internal to our office. This has helped employee morale, but the results are not as far reaching as I imagine they might be with a larger audience (we have 50 users). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Medallia Ideas solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having one platform where employees can list their ideas, big or small, has really helped engagement and morale. In the past, our employees felt their ideas were not heard or acted upon. We have used the platform in fun ways as well - from polling staff on what we should do for office holiday parties, to creating challenges regarding teleworking and what resources are needed.
