**What do you like best about Crossfuze TFS Integration?**

Croosfuze TFS gave me the opportunity to integrate the data flow between TFS and my ServiceNow environment. When the automated workflows have been configured, the incident tickets in the ServiceNow are then populated withh TFS work item information

**What do you dislike about Crossfuze TFS Integration?**

The drawback that Cross fuze TFS Integration has is that it has no granular control control on data mapping. One problem that we encountered was how to link a unique identifier of a custom TFS field for our developmentteam with a similar field in ServiceNow.

**What problems is Crossfuze TFS Integration solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crossfuze TFS Integration gives a great potenial to imrove the data exchange between TFS and ServiceNow. The use of instead workflows is efficient, but the need to work aroung certain situations can be very annoying.
