**What do you like best about CRMNEXT?**

I like how CRMNEXT brings customer data, interactions, and service requests all at one place, making it easier to track and manage customer relationships. The workflow automation helps reduce manual work, manual errors and improves team efficiency. I also appreciate the customizable, easily understandable dashboards and reports, these provides better visibility into customer activities and help teams respond more effectively.

**What do you dislike about CRMNEXT?**

Sometimes the interface feels some complex, especially when you are using first-time. Making navigation more simple and clear would improve the overall user experience.

**What problems is CRMNEXT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using CRMNEXT, managing customer information and follow-ups was time-consuming. It assists us in tracking the history of communication, service requests and customer interactions with ease. The platform is also useful in automating tasks like follow-up reminders, assigning leads, and tracking tickets, which saves time and allows our team to respond to customers faster.

**What do you like best about CRMNEXT?**

The usability of CRMnext as an operational CRM, which helps in providing a 360 degree view of the Customer.  It can also be used as a BPM with the recent upgrades.

**What do you dislike about CRMNEXT?**

Better flexibility in setting up the various workflows and support to be pci DBS compliant

**What problems is CRMNEXT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Establishing a single source of customer information and enable 360 degree view of corporate as well as retail customers.  Lead management, customer service request fulfillment, compliant management, information management, contact and content management are the salient features of the solutions 
.

Process and disine very well once we kept lead same is assign to respective departments, very easy to get work done.

Taking maximum bandwidth, sometimes stuck between work or servers slowness

Crm solving lead tracking problems and it is directly connected to other servers so process goes very fast.

It helps to enter all the sales Lead and then move these leads as there current status. Also helps to enter data of customer id, name, mobile no. Lead status, and moving them with the campaign.

Technically errors like warning pop-ups also having Error like not opening,slow working.

**Recommendations to others considering CRMNEXT:**

Use this software. It is very much helpful and ease of Leads entry. No need to carry your Diary or register.

**What problems is CRMNEXT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps to enter all the sales lead, we don't require to maintain physical register for data of customer calling, simply we can call the customers and enter the leads in CRM and then check the status of that lead with lead id and moving them to converted or follow up or not closer of that lead.

It helps  to enter leads in the CRM next without using physical register we can maintain customer data at any point of time and  track the customer records.

**What do you dislike about CRMNEXT?**

Technical error occurs sometime and it shows warning popup sometimes due to repeated entry.

CRM next is very helpful software you can use at any point of time anywhere you don't need to carry any physical register just use this marketing tool and maintaining customer data and track that customer data how progress it is going that follow-up mobile number email ID name salutations and the status of that call hot warm or cold

The problem it is solving that without using physical Register we will maintain customer data in digital register for Digital platform and it really helps to track that customer data of the entry progress

The dashboards and reports can be made more user intuitive, find it hard to automate the daily reports.

Using it for sales pipeline management, generating sales forecasts and scheduling sales activities

**What do you like best about CRMNEXT?**

CRMnexte is a brilliant tool to help improve customer relationships, automate sales force, manage services and customers in a unique way. An aspect that I can say that what stands out about this platform is the real innovation it offers, since that allows users to work in a timely, fast and effective manner to increase sales efficiency. CRMNEXT has great availability through multiple devices such as computers, tablets, Macs, cell phones and through the cloud. The service is very easy to use and easy to implement which is a great advantage to improve the experience
of the users when operating the service.

**What do you dislike about CRMNEXT?**

A small disadvantage of this service is that sometimes the performance of the CRMNEXT suffers from slowdowns that, despite lasting only a few minutes, generate problems at users when they work, I have talked to support about this problem and it never gives me solid answers or solutions to prevent this from happening which has really been something has caused discomfort.

**Recommendations to others considering CRMNEXT:**

CRMNEXT is an exemplary CRM system among many of its competitors, since its operation is very good, it is very easy to use, easy to implement, it has ample resources to work comfortably and the quality it provides is impeccable. Really I can qualify CRMNEXT as one of the best services to consider when implementing a CRM system I recommend it for its great innovation.

CRMNEXT is an extremely important platform for our entire team, since the service allows us to manage all our clients in a complete and never before seen way, allowing us to stay ahead in any circumstance, increase sales, perform quotes, pro pest evaluation, segmentation among many other tasks, with extensive agility and precision

It's very easy to use and customize, and person with no coding experience can also Implement end to end solution with minimal guidance.
System is 100% customizable and even legacy system integration is a easy module without any coding.

There is still some scope to enhance the system performance and building new features that is more inline with Business needs

I have seen many other CRM systems but the way CRMnext is designed its commendable.
It's use is user friendly for Users as well as for Internal IT team.

We are using the most of the capabilities of CRMnext mentioned below but not limited to.
a. Lead referral from Website and our internal portal with End to end Customer Onboarding 
b. Account 360 with real time data pulled from legacy systems
c. End to End Service module including complaint process
d. Stakeholders and Financial Information
e. Implementation of Compliance module including FATCA, CRS
f. Integrating CRM with our reporting tools

Upper management is good and holding good clients even though so big players in market today.

Very big Challenge that I observe of skilled resources to deliver the content seamlessly.

Table partition, logs and history table purging job automation, helping in removing vulnerability.  
To improve the performance of application.

One solution for any business requirement.user friendly,easy to use software,no dependency.Can be user in any corporate sector.

Work really slow if the bandwidth increase should arrange frequent training for users for better understanding in terms of configuration and customization.

Offers a detailed brand and customer contact description. Good accountability in the engagement of customers. Capability of integration with a visual engine.

Mobile offline capabilities is a challenge sometimes. Some Admin functions could be smoother.

**Recommendations to others considering CRMNEXT:**

Do not underestimate the cooperative challenges of third parties. It's often not technical integration, but a third party's inability to commit resources or share the same sense of urgency / priority.

**What problems is CRMNEXT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With minimal manual intervention, we are able to automate lead management end-to-end system over channels to add value if needed. In the process design and implementation, there were initial difficulties but we were able to overcome them without much difficulty. The expertise of CRM teams in running these large-scale projects was very useful.

All the details are reflecting on 360 page, Hence looks like good future.

There are lots  bugs available in CRMNext. Hence its require improvement

We don't have CRM code, So for every issue we have to logged the ticket in CRM.

System delivery to be more agile and new feature implementation like google analytics is missing and other new features in BFSI market

CRM is an easy use to use application with 70-80% configurable. Only challange is the delivery execution and agility in terms of delivery

CRMnext provided the right mix of lead management + campaign management in one tool. Its very simple, easy to integrate and easy to use.

After using for a month or so, felt that its little too simple and can have more features.

If you want a sales enablement plus lead management solution, CRM next can be an option to try it out.

It's ease of use is great. It allows multiple ways of integrating social activities,  and allows for tracking of calls and overall information.

**What do you dislike about CRMNEXT?**

It is too simple, to the point of fault. If your new you are lead on a path that is laid out for you. It can make it easy to learn but hard to master if you don't understand every aspect of the program.

Make sure to check if it focuses on areas you need most.
