What do you like best about crmConnect?

I use crmConnect to manage all my customer chat and leads in one place. I appreciate how it keeps my chats organized. I like the easy chat management because everything comes into one inbox, so I don't have to jump between apps. The fast AI replies are great because they provide quick, ready answers for faster responses. Setting up crmConnect was pretty easy with just a few steps, and we were ready to go. What do you dislike about crmConnect?

You can be a self started in your seed funding round and still use this application. The automation for tracking your leads and sales is easy so that is probably one less person you have to hire. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
