**What do you like best about crmConnect?**

I use crmConnect to manage all my customer chat and leads in one place. I appreciate how it keeps my chats organized. I like the easy chat management because everything comes into one inbox, so I don't have to jump between apps. The fast AI replies are great because they provide quick, ready answers for faster responses. Setting up crmConnect was pretty easy with just a few steps, and we were ready to go.

**What do you dislike about crmConnect?**

Feels a bit slow when switching between chats & UI could be more bit smoother but nothing major

**What problems is crmConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use crmConnect to manage customer chats and leads in one place, keeping them organized. It easily consolidates everything into one inbox, and the fast AI replies provide quick, ready answers for faster response times.

I appreciate CRMConnect because it makes it much easier to manage follow-ups with potential leads and track traffic.

**What do you dislike about crmConnect?**

CRMConnect occasionally overlooks when multiple duplicate guest cards are submitted, which can be frustrating. Additionally, the responses often feel impersonal and repetitive, making the experience less engaging.

**What problems is crmConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CRMConnect addresses my problems with delayed responses and follow-ups, which often result in missed opportunities to process applications from potential residents.

**What do you like best about crmConnect?**

Helps in quickly resolving customer issues. Also when a case is escalated it becomes easier to communicate the same with the customer. User friendly when compared to its competitors

**What do you dislike about crmConnect?**

Sometimes tha application is a little slow and gets stuck. Need to wait for sometime to get it fixed . Need to have a lot of patience ce to tackle this kind of situation.

It helps to keep track of all the tickets that we receive from. Helps to resolve the issues that the customer is facing in a timely manner which increases the performance of the business

CRM systems may have a challenging setup and learning curve, requiring time and training to fully comprehend and use.  I believe that CRMConnect's level of customization falls short of their unique business requirements or preferences.

CRMConnect is used to maintain and improve customer relations. CRMConnect offers resources for controlling the sales cycle. I organise, carry out, and monitor marketing initiatives with CRMConnect.

There is no issues in crm connect i beleive it has no issues right no for the users that use the system but i beleive the system should go more for more functionality like follow up calender

Help the users to make a faster process with the sales and also it help to make a faster process and it make beneficial to the company financially that why its good

The best feature of using this crmconnect is that data entry can be made automatic, it has  a dashboard which supervises all sales activity. It is also scalable and can be expanded

The least feature to dislike about crmconnect is that it needs a proper setup  to function. sometimes setting up the crm can be costly and not suitable for small scale company or start ups.

The problem that crmconnect has solved is that data entry can be made automatic, the dashboard takes care of all the sales activities and repetetive tasks are automatically updated

**What do you like best about crmConnect?**

You can be a self started in your seed funding round and still use this application. The automation for tracking your leads and sales is easy so that is probably one less person you have to hire.

**What do you dislike about crmConnect?**

The inability to connect with other softwares that I am using in my firm. Since the leads flow in from those softwares, it kind of creates a double accounting problem without the connectivity

**What problems is crmConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CRM is all about having a workflow for your leads, have them all organised so that you can categorise and mine them through a single click. That's the best part honestly
