**What do you like best about CRM.me?**

I like how CRM.me stores patients' information in one place, making it easy to access. The intuitive interface is great because it didn't take much training for our staff to quickly learn how to upload and retrieve patient files. This logical setup means we don't have to spend days training new staff, saving us a lot of onboarding time. I also appreciate that CRM.me integrates with Outlook or Gmail to sync patient appointments and email communications, keeping our calendar up to date without double booking. The initial setup was surprisingly easy, and the import tools worked well for migrating our old Excel data, allowing us to get most of our patient records running within a few days.

**What do you dislike about CRM.me?**

The mobile app experience isn't as robust as the desktop version. It can be a bit clunky when trying to view detailed patient charts on a smaller screen. The main issue is viewing detailed patient histories on a small screen. On the mobile app, you have to scroll endlessly to find specific notes or test results. It needs a better summary view for mobile.

I've used multiple CRMs in my past roles in the Analytics domain. CRM.me is jam-packed with features that an ideal CRM should have.
An attractive UI, various charts available for plotting data and decent tracking of sales leads. One of my job responsibilities was analyzing sales data, and all the features provided to filter out the leads and manage them through a pipeline improved my team's efficiency.

**What do you dislike about CRM.me?**

As per my usage, I did not dislike anything. Some might find the pricing higher, but I believe the functionalities make up for it. Apart from this, everything was okay.

Project managers would LOVE this, as a remote team requires a thorough organization of well-defined and documented tasks. My experience so far has been good. Certainly improved my team's collaboration.

The best features I like most about CRM.me are packaged solution features required for sales, including managing customer relations and providing service, its Sales & Marketing suits, its mobile app, and a high degree of customization integration with multiple apps.

Its Complexity and High Pricing is features that can be improved. High customization brings high complexity, hence requiring tool-specific training to operate. The user interface could be better. Pricing is slightly on the higher side compared to the value provided.

The upsides to the tool are that ramp-up time is pretty minimal.  The interface is intuitive and user-friendly.  Most people that don't have experience with robust CRM's will find this much easier to use.

There isn't whole much customization out of the box, however, it definitely gets the job done.

Depending on outages or how many users were on, speeds would slow down from time to time. It is a solid program, though!

For a big company like Dyson, this software is a perfect way for the company to stay organized.

**What do you like best about CRM.me?**

The big advantage of CRM.me is having a lot of data for customer interaction and it works as an organization for customers and the organization is to create a clear image for its customers. CRM.me is a platform where we can identify our customers and we can target them for more profit. It gives us an effective and reliable result and this software gives us a great investment in sales and marketing. It increases the sales conversion process and also increases staff productivity and lower time cost. Another big advantage of CRM.me it eliminates the paperwork and it increases the ability of customers to do work which brings the real value of the organization.

**What do you dislike about CRM.me?**

There are some hazards to CRM.me and a big disadvantage of this software is that CRM.me is not suitable for all types of businesses. Some businesses where customers are highly standardized cannot be benefited by CRM.me. Its system works better when personalization is required but when it is in multiple touches then it does not work properly.

**What problems is CRM.me solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have used this application for two years so I found it suitable for my business as well as yours if your businesses are related to this application and this is helpful for you. It also secures the time of customers which they consumed for the paperwork. The time which used employees for work is slashing busy-work and the slashing busy-work means profit increase per employee, increases the morale for stuff feels that the work of employees is more essential and beneficial.

CRM.me is an online solution for solving issues of sales management and for engaging customer satisfaction. It is all in one tool which lets me manage sales, marketing, and project tracking in one place. It helps me to track sales activities to increase customer satisfaction and manage pipeline. Dashboard is designed perfectly which provide me all the detail about sales processes. It let us customize the sales process with ease and also automate workflow for better productivity. It gives me all detail of customers which is very handy for me to contact with customers any time for discussing further issues via email.

**What do you dislike about CRM.me?**

It also has some issues which I face during work with it one of them is its reports feature doesn't design well and prices of subscription I find high for small businesses. Design of this tool is a bit complex for new users so it needs more frequent updates for solving these issues.

CRM.me is a customer relations manager and a project tracking tool and it gives us all the detail about our sales and about project progress. I use this application for dealing with customers and it helps me to automate marketing strategies. it is compatible with all types of devices and delivers us the best experience for managing the business of sales. **What do you like best about CRM.me?**

CRM.me is a gamified application for sales and marketing management and lets track sales activities easily in one platform. Reports and dashboards are well organized in this application and provide me all details about sales on dashboards. It le me customize product feature and I can convert them easily as the requirements of the customer. All information on customer care in a single place and I can contact with customers at any time for further discussion. Its integration with social media applications let me introduce our sales in front of the online world for the automation of our product which is very useful for further business. It also lets me track rinning projects and let me check the progress of the product remotely from any device.

**What do you dislike about CRM.me?**

It only works with a fast internet connection and its performance goes very poor while working with a slow internet connection. Its interface is a little bit complex for new users and the lead management feature still lacking. Prices are economical for big companies but expensive for small businesses.

**What problems is CRM.me solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CRM.me is a great platform for managing customer relations and provides me complete service for product management.  Activity management, Social media campaign, Sales automation, Lead management, Marketing automation, and project tracking are its efficient features that automate our workflow and let us collaborate with teams for upgrading business. It also has some limitations but still, works effectively for us.

I loved the layout of CRM. It was easy to navigate, as well as easy to train people to use. I would compare it to the company Apple. Very simple, straight forward. 

**What do you dislike about CRM.me?**

CRM would go down OFTEN when I was working in a department that used it. My department and trainees worked solely off of CRM so when it went down we couldn't work at all.

We were using it to pull and call leads to begin the homeloan process.
