
I like how CRM.me stores patients' information in one place, making it easy to access. The intuitive interface is great because it didn't take much training for our staff to quickly learn how to upload and retrieve patient files. This logical setup means we don't have to spend days training new staff, saving us a lot of onboarding time. I also appreciate that CRM.me integrates with Outlook or Gmail to sync patient appointments and email communications, keeping our calendar up to date without double booking. The initial setup was surprisingly easy, and the import tools worked well for migrating our old Excel data, allowing us to get most of our patient records running within a few days. The mobile app experience isn't as robust as the desktop version. It can be a bit clunky when trying to view detailed patient charts on a smaller screen. The main issue is viewing detailed patient histories on a small screen. On the mobile app, you have to scroll endlessly to find specific notes or test results.
