This logical setup means we don't have to spend days training new staff, saving us a lot of onboarding time. I also appreciate that CRM.me integrates with Outlook or Gmail to sync patient appointments and email communications, keeping our calendar up to date without double booking. The initial setup was surprisingly easy, and the import tools worked well for migrating our old Excel data, allowing us to get most of our patient records running within a few days.
