**What do you like best about CRM Bot?**

I'm definitely fond of the structural pattern on which the software works and due to this design pattern even the tricky parts like analysis of data or data management can be easily handled. The response time is quite less in comparison to other alike softwares and the flexibility to modify the algorithm adds extra browny points.

**What do you dislike about CRM Bot?**

I personally didn't find any such downsides of the software. But, since this is a competitive field there are definitely, improvements required every now and then depending on the customer expectation and the market trends.

**What problems is CRM Bot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has solved most of my data related concerns as it provides support around the clock. Parameters like facts, management, differentiation and concrete responses are easily handled by the bot.

**What do you like best about CRM Bot?**

Most helpful thing about crm bot is the process of integrating it with our product. It can be easily intergrated with third party applications too. It helps in manging and boosting up our customer problems eaily.

**What do you dislike about CRM Bot?**

Right now, I can't find anything wrong with the CRM bot. It is the most essential thing in my enterprise. But I think it is still in development stage,  hope they will more features in the future.

**What problems is CRM Bot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In every enterprise, there will be problems that our customers might face daily. CRM bot is creating AI-powered bots that help resolve their issues without them reaching out to customer support often. This allows our customer support team to focus their mind on important problems only.

I like to full customer connection to CRM module to see customer lifecycle, all investment plant, supplier details, offers, negotations ... which are connected to customer is available in the system

**What do you dislike about CRM Bot?**

Mobile access is difficult to reach details . There should be easy screen on mobile + QR code to reach customer details. This can give full overview to users with the mobile access.

Instant communication is done with CRM bot inside company, no " subjective feedback"  is possible. All is managed with KPI s and real datas in the system. This gives full forecast about project.

We can work remotely in this while remote access enables sales reps to check and update on the daily work basis form anywhere

CRM bot provides a good customer experience using conversational AI. The conversation is so natural that an inexperienced computer professional cannot decipher that machine is conversing with them. The conversation is also very adaptive.

The chat bot window in the present website is towards right and I couldnot feel an involved experience because of it. The font of time option showing when the message arrived is very big.

What I love about CRM Bot is how fast and efficient the tool is when I have a question or need to do research on something. It is very simple to use and manage.

For the time I have been using CRM Bot, I have not seen anything to complain about or work with because all my questions get answered from the AI bot. Awesome tool to use!
