"Easy to Use, Highly Customizable Platform with Outstanding Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Crelate?

My favorite things about Crelate are the people, the system itself, and how they continue to refine their platform. Our rep, Cait, is fantastic, responsive, and always helpful. The support team in general is also a great resource. We rarely have performance issues and if we ever do, the team is very responsive. We love the system because it's easy to use, easy to customize, and it sees to all of our needs such as reporting. The extension is one piece that greatly improves our workflow. Crelate as a company is very good at listening to its customers such as providing necessary integrations, responding to technology advances such as implementing their own AI, and generally strives to provide an excellent user experience at a great price. What do you dislike about Crelate?

As with any platform, there are some limitations, but these are minor. One example is the difficulty in associating multiple people with various requisitions for one client. The client portal is one area that we've utilized in the past, though we haven't continued to use it due to the need for very bespoke communication with our clients. Again, the drawbacks are very minor - we're overall very happy with Crelate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Elevates Recruiting Efficiency with AI and Customization"
5/5
What do you like best about Crelate?

I love the layout of Crelate and the tools they've recently introduced, like discovery and insight agents. I've been searching for these capabilities in an ATS for a long time. It's great to be able to start sourcing from our own data using AI agents. I also love that they're committed to improving the platform by incorporating user feedback and that they offer excellent customer service. I know if there are any issues or training requests, Cait Mack from the client experience team will always be responsive and connect us with the right person to address our needs. Additionally, being able to use AI agents to source contact information from various platforms makes reaching out to potential candidates and customers much more effective, which is incredibly valuable - we had attempted to utilize other vendors for this purpose in the past but found Crelate's data to be more accurate and useful. I appreciate that they're dedicated to constant improvements and that our feedback helps guide those enhancements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crelate?

Some of the things that I wish Crelate could do a little bit better is to prioritize what the insight agent captures as the most up to date information. For example, when we have a candidate in the system with a LinkedIn profile attached, the insight agent may connect and pull all of the information from that LinkedIn profile. But if that LinkedIn profile is outdated or doesn't have the most recent work history captured on there, and one of our recruiting members reaches out, receives their resume, uploads it into the system, the insight agent doesn't have a way to differentiate between the most accurate up to date information to pull that into the insight summary. So there are times where I wish we could prioritize that so that all insight summaries on all profiles have the most up to date accurate information and prioritizes the information that we manually add to the system in terms of resumes or customer profiles and contracts and things like that. I also wish, and this isn't just a Crelate issue, but this is an issue that I found across the board with all CRMs and all applicant tracking systems, but we primarily focus on the cleared space of talent. So anybody who holds a government security clearance, and as of right now, there's really no accurate way to filter between the types of clearances that you might be seeking on a candidate's profile. And um, there's only really like a way for you to select whether or not they have a clearance or not. And oftentimes our jobs require us to decipher between a public trust, a secret, a top secret, all the way up through a TSSCI with a full scope polygraph or DHS clearances or Department of Energy clearances, things like that. So, um, being able to source in our system using the agents based off of um, customized filters that we've built out would be awesome. As of right now, you can't, like you can do a boolean search for a clearance or search by a clearance filter, but when you're talking to the agents and you're asking, can you please only find me the types of candidates who have a TSSCI clearance or uh top secret, sensitive compartmented information clearance, it's not always accurate when it comes to searching the types of candidates with those actual clearances documented in their profile. It's seen as a skill or a um, it's seen as like a skill or a certification instead of its own category. And if Crelate was able to build out some type of a AI search capability where you could like specifically search through all the different types of government clearances, that would be tremendously helpful, but I also understand that not every candidate is sharing that they have a clearance on their resume since the government tells them not to publicly disclose when they have a clearance. Um, and maybe just the lack of data on candidate resumes and what's available on their LinkedIn profiles makes it not possible to accurately filter out people who do and don't have clearances, but that would be a game changer for us in this industry is to be able to filter and use the agents to identify people who have specific types of clearances. "Fast, Flexible ATS/CRM That Saves Hours and Streamlines Recruiting"
5/5
What do you like best about Crelate?

The ease of use with the interface saves me hours every week and is very fast; the discovery agent saves me hours every week in recruiting. One of the features I appreciate most is the ability to customize workflows and keep detailed notes on candidates and client interactions. The search functionality is also very helpful, allowing us to quickly locate candidates based on skills, experience, and other criteria. Email integration and resume parsing have also been valuable time-savers.

The customer support team has been responsive and helpful whenever we've had questions or needed assistance, and the system continues to improve with regular updates.

Crelate has become an important part of our recruiting process. It's a robust ATS and CRM that helps us stay organized, improve communication, and efficiently manage candidates and clients. I would recommend it to recruiting firms looking for a flexible, comprehensive recruiting platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean, Fast, and Intuitive UI That Simplifies Staffing"
5/5
What do you like best about Crelate?

The UI is clean and simple to use. It takes a complicated staffing process and simplifies it to about as easy as it can be. You can move employees into different stages using drag and drop, which is very intuitive.

There is a pretty robust search feature, and if you set things up correctly, it can be a powerful tool in finding applicants who have previously applied.

The interface is fast and responsive - there are no wait times on actions. It is also reliable - I have not seen a single instance of downtime.

Support is reliable, and they are always very responsive to our concerns.

Finally, it is a rapidly improving product, they are always updating features. Right now, they are moving forward with a lot of AI updates, but then, who isn't. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crelate?

Some of the data reporting in the application itself are a bit limited. You can use the API to pull data out as an alternative, but you will need someone with that knowledge to handle that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible and intuitive recruitment CRM for specialized search"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Crelate?

I find Crelate very flexible to set up and the job portal is great. It fits well with an organization where a strong relationship with clients and candidates is important, such as in specialized search. I find the ease of use pleasant; it is very intuitive. The whole process is logically structured and fits my processes. The installation was very easy because they did it for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crelate?

I haven't found anything that works less well yet, but I have just switched. I still need to look at the integrations with MS365 and Carv. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Versatile and Efficient Applicant Tracking System"
5/5
What do you like best about Crelate?

What I like best about Crelate is how easy it is to use and navigate. The user interface is clean and intuitive, making it simple to find the information we need without digging through multiple layers. I especially like how easy it is to read, search and review notes on a candidates, which is critical in recruiting when multiple people may be touching the same record. The job dashboards are also user-friendly, and the drag and deop functionality makes it simple to move candidates through the process and keep searches organized. Another feature I really like is the Discovery tool add-on. It help expand the value of the platform beyond basic applicant tracking and give us another way to identify and manage potential candidates. Overall, Crelate is easy to customize, easy for the team to work in and practival for the day to dat realities of recruiting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crelate?

I would love to see more matching of the candidates within a candidate record. When I upload a new person, I'd like to be able to view their record and have it automatically suggest which jobs in the system they would be good for. Maybe there's a button that says, 'match them to jobs,' and it bases this information on documents I upload, resume, prescreen notes, tags, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Bummer - Team was excited with the Integration to Zoominfo - not seamless"
1/5
What do you like best about Crelate?

It has an integration with Zoominfo - integration fails most times Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crelate?

Integration is not as seamless as we were sold - It is clunky and slow overall - the tabs and breakdown of the steps for the process does not make sense - it is a bit clunky to refine and update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Aaron Elder of Crelate

Thank you for the feedback, however the ZoomInfo integration is not built by us. It is built by ZoomInfo. We kind ask that you connect with your ZoomInfo representative to have issues escalated on their end. They have a dedicated Partner Manager on outside that they can work with to resolve issues.
