when entering in an activity, it doesn't reflect on the main company page, unless using the @ symbol. Also, using RingCentral you can't combine an outgoing call with a scheduled event resulting in 2 blocks for the same activity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that we have a web-based app to access all of the different profiles. I like that I can communicate with Candidates in different ways without having to leave the window I'm in. I also appreciate that I can communicate with other colleagues within the same applications. I'm able to tag them and gain their assistance on specific tasks. I don't like how the mobile version of this app has a significant difference than its web app. You can't access reports on the mobile app and both mobile apps can malfunction to where you're not able to see what you're typing in a note. I also dislike that sending mass emails takes longer than expected. I wish they would increase the amount of messages you can add to a job and the amount of messages you can send at a time.
