# What are the best RFP response tools with AI-generated first-pass answers drawn from a managed content library?

Hi G2, I've been comparing which RFP tools generate a solid AI first-pass answer drawn from a managed content library, so writers start from a real draft rather than a blank page, in the RFP category.

Quality tracks how well the library is maintained.

The draft is a starting point, not a final answer.

AutogenAI: Its whole design is AI-first drafting from sources you control, turning requirements into a structured first draft quickly. Reviewers note the draft needs tailoring and can run long against strict word limits.

And which tool got closest to a usable draft for your content?

Oh this is exactly the modern RFP-tool pitch, so you've got good options. Responsive and Loopio are the two leaders here, both center on a managed, curated content library plus AI that generates a first-pass answer you then refine, which is the whole point of cutting response time. QorusDocs is another with AI-assisted proposal and RFP generation worth a look. If a big chunk of your volume is security questionnaires specifically, Conveyor focuses there. To be real, the AI is only as good as the content library behind it, so the tool that wins is usually the one your team will actually keep curated and current. I'd run the same real RFP through two of them and compare the first-pass quality. Is your content already well-organized, or would you be building the library from scratch?
