Recommendations to others considering Crelate:
Try and compare, most ATS's won't allow either a trial or if they do it is a watered-down version.. why?!?! If their product is that good why not let you try out the full version? the answer is that they want you to commit before they commit. Most are very good and pretty similar, they vary greatly in how user friendly (in the end this might be the most important item) they are, how well they are supported in terms of proper training/"best practices", and pricing. I have worked closely with MaxHire (liked it a lot), Bullhorn (more focused on hard-selling then on customer service, also almost twice the price of Crelate), PC Recruiter (good but hardly user-friendly), and Zoho (seemed decent, low cost, not as robust or suited towards executive recruiting) but can't tell as they don't allow a full trial version) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What problems is Crelate solving and how is that benefiting you?
having an ATS that is user friendly- if it isn't easy my team and myself will shy away from usage therefore failing clients/candidates. We needed something that is easy to use, easy to customize, keeps excellent track of the recruiting processes as well as simple tracking of all communication. Lastly anything that could best "reduce clicks".. .be this in daily activities, email campaigns, integration with other apps/programs, or mundane tasks like simple note taking/viewing.
