We are a company that is growing in Costa Rica. It is very important to keep on getting better in all our departments. We start by creating a survey for Recruitment process, which is available to all the candidates after the interviews to give us feedback about our hiring process.

It is also available to all existing start, where we ask them questions about all departments and also a section where we ask them for their ideas in making processes easy and better.

Managers get feedback from their direct reports using create survey. All the repones are record automatically on Excel file, since its integrated with our Micrsoft excel on share point.
