The workflow, data automation are simple to implement. The solution is cloud based so storage is not a challenge really. Loads of free chrome extensions available which really helps in moving contacts from other platforms here, like LinkedIn for example

**What do you dislike about Cratio CRM Software?**

Support team could be more efficient. While they have the solution to your problems, it is not easy to communicate with them. I feel they are not future ready and few of the other CRMs like Afinium offers few upto date features
