**What do you like best about Cradle.io?**

Cradle is a simple system which operates in the cloud which means its easy to setup and has minimum hardware costs. Its also integrates with our CRM HubSpot, which means we get great reporting of phones calls to customers

**What do you dislike about Cradle.io?**

The only issue we have had is for some of the staff that use Android the experience of their app is not great. But it is fantastic on IOS.

**Recommendations to others considering Cradle.io:**

Cradle is a great company to deal with and have a very elegant and simple solution which can maximise the power of your CRM. 

**What problems is Cradle.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to contact customers quickly, record calls against customer records, connect better with our customers. Overall we are answering more customer calls and we think it's one reason why we have seen an increase in our NPS score this year

**What do you like best about Cradle.io?**

The user interface and experience are excellent. It's so easy to use and performs so much better than the $25,000 IP telephony system it replaced in our company. Their support is really good too but you won't need it once you're up and running.

**What do you dislike about Cradle.io?**

A small request would be to show the Company the calls are coming to. We have two businesses on the Cradle system. This only applies to mobile. This detail shows on Desktop. 

**Recommendations to others considering Cradle.io:**

Highly recommended. You won't be disappointed.

**What problems is Cradle.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Combining two businesses into one system that supports our global operations and remort workforce. We have people across multiple offices and it feels like we're all together. The integration with HubSpot means we have all the information we need in our pocket. Then there are the cost savings.

**What do you like best about Cradle.io?**

The tight integration with Google, Hubspot and Xero

**What do you dislike about Cradle.io?**

The only negative I have experienced is that it is too easy to change your personal greeting on your voicemail using the mobile app.   I have inadvertently re-recorded my personal greeting with some background noise, which is not very professional if someone calls while this is live.

trial it for yourself to ensure it meets your specific needs.

**What problems is Cradle.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cradle allows us to setup a PBX solution totally in the cloud with very little setup or on-going maintenance overheads.  It also has the critical integration with our CRM (hubspot), as well as the ability to handle the operations across all of our offices spread across the globe, in one unified solution.

**What do you like best about Cradle.io?**

I like that it utilises other software which has contact details so when the call is coming through we have caller ID. The function where it remembers the last person the client spoke to and pushes the call directly to them saves so much time.

**What do you dislike about Cradle.io?**

That we have to use Hubspot and Xero to store our contacts in, it would be easier if cradle had this function so we don't have to use the other systems.

Do it! It is such an easy system to use and couldn't imagine a better product

**What problems is Cradle.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has been so beneficial seeing who is calling because we are then able to establish who they might want to speak to, see if they're free or if they cannot speak with the customer.

**What do you like best about Cradle.io?**

We set up Cradle for four users with US, Australian and NZ numbers in less than an hour. Unlike other systems we had trialed the call quality has been excellent. Making and receiving over 200 minutes a week.

**What do you dislike about Cradle.io?**

Needs ability to send texts to customers

**What problems is Cradle.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Cradle we were having the problem that our US customers were not answering our calls (from New Zealand). We tried other VOIP because they were expensive or poor quality.

**What do you like best about Cradle.io?**

having integration with HubSpot and Xero makes it a lot easier for our team to interact with our clients with some background knowledge. The fact that you trigger workflows in Hubspot save lots of time and creates some magic in the process using automation 

**What do you dislike about Cradle.io?**

doesn't work well on Android devices but no problem on iPhone and desktop App

having a connected phone system and keeping a single ledger of all communication in HS

Excellent integration with HubSpot. One of the best telephony services for tracking, routing and providing a seamless experience for your team.

**What do you like best about Cradle.io?**

Not being based in the main office, Cradle allows me to be easily accessible and reachable by clients and colleagues at all times.  Working on a busy support desk this is essential to keep customers happy and gives me great communications with the entire team! 

I love that Cradles support / Dev Team are really responsive and any issues I have are really quickly resolved.

**What do you dislike about Cradle.io?**

Nothing, everything is working how it should!

Best product for remote teams working together.

Ability to work anywhere on the planet.
Ability to work with colleagues seamlessly in other countries.
Much easier than using clunky hardware systems.

**What do you like best about Cradle.io?**

Cradle is an effective, cloud-based organisation phone system created to assist small companies improve interactions with their clients. It is an easy and user friendly phone system that integrates the power of its user-centric style with clever call routing ability to assist in smart phone experience.

**What do you dislike about Cradle.io?**

Sometimes the connection to the client is droped, but things happens only 1-2 times a week, and it's not hassle to reconnect

Reaching valued customers over the phone with crystal clear performances and voice control

**What do you like best about Cradle.io?**

The setup is simple, the quality is great, the customer support is very responsive - they are quick to fix any issues or implement changes that we suggest - and it makes our customer's experience talking with us far better than what we had with the old way of desk phones. 

**What do you dislike about Cradle.io?**

There isn't much to dislike really. It just works. They had some issues with the app restarting mid call for a while and this caused some calls to be cut, but that was fixed quickly. It would also be good to have a notification on each call as to who answered the call when it is directed at multiple people, sometimes you might have many people 'missing a call' but not knowing that someone actually took it. It sounds like this is already being worked on. 

**Recommendations to others considering Cradle.io:**

It is very easy to try and the team will help you get setup to test it. Would also recommend a good headset if using it within a crowded office. They seem to have integrated it well with a couple of headsets which we are using. 

**What problems is Cradle.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for a system that was scalable for our business. Something that would allow us to quickly implement across the world and at the same time quickly change when our customers required us to do something better. Now we have a solution that allows our team to be in contact with our customers wherever there are in the world. It also means our people don't need to be tied to a desk to be 'at their desk'.

That our customers calls are being answered and problems solved much faster than ever before.

Use on the road in rural areas is not as great as in the Wifi of an office.

The impact can vary and new opportunities can be available as you explore Cradle - the team need to understand it and use it to get the benefits.

Clients were frustrated at response times and getting in touch with the right people to get problems solved.  We now have seen a dramatic increase in both spreading the workload over the te wider team and speed in getting solutions for clients.
