"Terrible Customer Support – You'll End Up Stuck"
0/5
What do you like best about CoSchedule?

The platform is easy to use, and that's about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoSchedule?

The platform is outdated and offers only the most basic social media management features. There’s no link-shortening option, and it doesn’t allow per-platform image editing within the app.

Customer support has been incredibly disappointing. I requested to cancel our subscription on May 13, well before the annual renewal reminder, and even provided proof that we didn’t want to renew.

Despite multiple follow-ups to cancel our subscription and repeated requests for a refund, I was told we’d have to wait another year. My recent emails have since been ignored, and there’s no option to cancel directly within the app.

While the platform is cheaper than Sprout Social, it doesn’t perform nearly as well. If you want a better-performing tool at an (actual) unbelievable price, I highly recommend trying Vistasocial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very Easy for Crossposting"
5/5
What do you like best about CoSchedule?

It is a comprehensive, centralized marketing calendar with strong content and social media management features, real-time analytics, and integrations with popular tools, including my WordPress blog. Their customer support is very nice too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoSchedule?

Cons are its high cost, which can be prohibitive for a small business like mine, and a significant learning curve associated with its evergreen feature. But once you learn it, it is great. I wish that you could move the evergreen reposts around instead of just delaying it for two weeks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Outdated UX, lackluster features, and no real support"
0/5
What do you like best about CoSchedule?

Nothing really. We were excited about the calendar functionality but that didn't end up being enough to get my team on board with adopting it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoSchedule?

Outdated UX, no real support for onboarding, nickels-and-dimes you for advanced features, weak integrations. After attempting to use it, I can't figure out why anyone would choose this over Asana, Monday, or ClickUp.

When I asked them to meet me in the middle on our billing since we never got value out of the service, they were unwilling to budge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Super helpful for calendar and scheduling for cross department transparency"
4.5/5
What do you like best about CoSchedule?

I love that it shows different types of scheduled Marketing projects such as Email, Push Notifications, in App, and Carousel projects. I find it very helpful that it is color-coordinated and can be updated with times, in-progress, completed, submitted projects, etc. and there is a small description available to show key audience. It is used by multi-departments to view upcoming marketing projects. It helps other departments see projections on projects and more transparency within the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoSchedule?

I would love to see multi-date projects or marketing campaigns to be more visible for the date range. It is usually easier to see the time-lapse of the project by clicking it. It would be much easier if I didn't have to click the project campaign for the date range. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A calendar for your content marketing efforts"
4/5
What do you like best about CoSchedule?

The CoSchedule Marketing Calendar has a clean interface with the ability to integrate other third parties tools such as Trello, Excel, and the like. The product is from CoSchedule, a company with a reputation for developing marketing software for businesses focused on content marketing. The calendar is absolutely free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoSchedule?

The CoSchedule products are a bit expensive and this is especially challenging of the rising rate of exchange (ROE) - US Dollar to South African Rand. Unless your business makes millions on an annual basis, the product is not affordable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
