&lt;p&gt;I would say teams outside Salesforce or HubSpot usually end up doing more custom work than the marketing implies, since a lot of these integrations are clearly built Salesforce-first and everything else is a secondary path that gets less polish. On the Magentrix question, mirroring the schema probably does cut down on sync errors compared to a looser API connection, but &quot;eliminate&quot; feels like a stretch, since any schema mirror still has to be kept in sync whenever the CRM side changes something, and that&#39;s usually where the gap reappears.&lt;/p&gt;
