But perhaps a reminder to my employer to tell employees that it would be an addition to the Windows update would have saved a few interoffice emails. I'll place the confusion on my employer's shoulders. **Recommendations to others considering Corporate Technologies LLC:** Let the professionals handle the quirk. So that you can take care of YOUR work. **What problems is Corporate Technologies LLC solving and how is that benefiting you?** I work remotely for my company. The biggest saver is they took care of updating my work laptop with a Window 11 upgrade on their own so I didn't have to worry about that at all. No confusion there. I DO make a habit of checking over my computer from time to time and DID find a program that I did NOT install at about the same time as the update so I inquired and asked them to verify its presence and that it had been used by CT to perform such operations. Not only was it was confirmed by CT as being theirs, they gave tips as to adjusting the settings so that when I ever needed their help again, it was installed for them to do their job, while NOT effecting my workspace. It's nice to have that peace of mind so that I can continue to do my job. ### 2. We need Microsoft expertise. We need a partner, scalable to our budget and needs. With a new ERP and a number of other implementations in the last year, it would have been nearly impossible to handle entirely in-house. They tag and maintain all our hardware, monitor all of it, and help us plan proactively. The learn us as a customer, document things well on their side, and almost never stumble around when we call. **What do you dislike about Corporate Technologies LLC?** The team is great, our account rep is responsive, and phone support is on-point--so no complaints. Once in a great while when they're extremely busy, an answering service grabs the call, which can be an unnecessarily bulky and inefficient exchange. But that's very rare. I usually just call back, or send an email and usually get a call right back. **Recommendations to others considering Corporate Technologies LLC:** Talk with them. Hear their holistic and comprehensive support-scalable to your budgets and needs. I called Corporate Technologies on the toll free number and Vince personally answered the phone after a couple of rings. Especially when we are implementing new software across our organization, or making updates. It seems like the notes that Corp Tech should keep internally on our company do not get communicated. This results in frustrated employees on our end wondering why they ask the same questions over and over. **Recommendations to others considering Corporate Technologies LLC:** For smaller company who can't afford an on-site IT technician, Corp Tech is a fine example of a good IT support company. Having the ability to have them call the Help Desk instead of taking her away for continuous questions is invaluable to our small office. ### 9.
