What do you dislike about Corporate Technologies LLC?

I cannot say that my lack of knowledge of a new program being stalled on my computer was CT's fault. But perhaps a reminder to my employer to tell employees that it would be an addition to the Windows update would have saved a few interoffice emails. What we like best about Corporate Technologies LLC is their responsiveness and expertise. They quickly diagnose and solve technical issues, making transitions like our move to Windows 11 seamless. The biggest upside is the peace of mind we have knowing our systems are running smoothly, which lets our team focus on our work without worrying about IT problems. What do you like best about Corporate Technologies LLC?

We need advice on not only hardware, but how hardware and software interact with humans. We need Microsoft expertise. We need a partner, scalable to our budget and needs. With a new ERP and a number of other implementations in the last year, it would have been nearly impossible to handle entirely in-house. They tag and maintain all our hardware, monitor all of it, and help us plan proactively. The learn us as a customer, document things well on their side, and almost never stumble around when we call. What do you dislike about Corporate Technologies LLC?

The team is great, our account rep is responsive, and phone support is on-point--so no complaints. Once in a great while when they're extremely busy, an answering service grabs the call, which can be an unnecessarily bulky and inefficient exchange. But that's very rare. nothing major comes to mind. they are prompt when you have a ticket open. we have a interesting situation with Charles where we contact his cell directly and at times the response is slow. but we need to utilize the help desk more in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The tier 1 support can be very hit or miss. Especially when we are implementing new software across our organization, or making updates. It seems like the notes that Corp Tech should keep internally on our company do not get communicated. 1) "Some" of the remote Help Desk people can be quick to push an issue to a Level 2 (local office) which then costs money, or uses the limited we are allotted.

2) Unused monthly paid Level 2 hours do not roll over if unused. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
