**What do you like best about Copilot for Sales?**

1. Seamless Integration with Microsoft 365: I love that Copilot works directly within the apps already in Microsoft 365, like Outlook and Microsoft Teams.

2. Automate the meeting summaries and action items: this comes with an AI-generated summary of the team's meeting.

3. Smart Meeting Preparation: Copilot can generate a briefing pack with recent interactions, suggested talking points, and this ensures sellers walk into every meeting also preparing opportunity summaries.

**What do you dislike about Copilot for Sales?**

Accuracy Issues: Copilot AI can "occasionally invent facts" or create inaccurate summaries, especially when using it with complex email threads or attempting creative tasks or generating PPTs.

High Cost: The pricing is a significant barrier for small to medium-sized businesses. This will cost you around $30 per user monthly price tag.

Data Dependency: Its effectiveness is entirely dependent on the quality in your CRM.

A learning curve: Users need time to learn how to prompt it effectively.

Its user-friendly interface the many functions are  neatly grouped into sections. The insights are also very helpful in understanding how you and your team work.

There's nothing as such still using this tool and learning 
However sometimes it does not take multiple mailboxes

Meeting schedule etc

**What do you like best about Copilot for Sales?**

It is powerpacked with multiple life-saving features -
1. Automates data entry by capturing data from Salesforce and Dynamics 365
2. Relationship Management - You can mark any contact as your customer/non-customer from MS applications like Outlook.
3. The tool is so helpful that it creates transcripts from team meeting with the customers so that we can refer it after the sales call.
4. Takes personalization into account and automatically creates personalized emails for the customer.
... and so many other features.

Currently its highly Microsoft centric, but can expand its integrations.

**What problems is Copilot for Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making the sales process quick and efficient with AI capabilities like Automatic Data capture, customer tagging, transcipts, etc. 
It has considerably saved us a ton of mannual effort and time. Now we can focus on the customer and the product rather than the time-consuming unwanted mannual portion of the sales process.

I like the copilot feature which helps me to complete my day-to-day tasks and generate personal email drafts. Also, it provides real-time insights into my customers and deals.

There is limited CRM integration and it took a while for me to learn how to use it effectively.

**What do you like best about Copilot for Sales?**

Viva sales is a great application and it automatically feeds and enters data into our customer satisfaction (nps score,etc.) tracker. 
I like its user-friendly interface and our need for manual entries has been reduced considerably by using it. It's analytics tab gives one of the best data-backed insights. The best advantage enables team members to collaborate easily over drive. Not very competitors are available in this domain.

**What do you dislike about Copilot for Sales?**

Initially, onboarding & setting up with viva sales was slightly tricky.  After a point, we ended up using the analytics team for further insights and interactions. Apart from these, the software seems reasonable enough, and I hope it sees more improvements as we go along. 
It's a slightly new application and has a lot of scope for improvement.

**What problems is Copilot for Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the help of its AI algorithms, it directly delivers feedback on our product, NPS, and insights on our services which we usually would take time to compute and understand. The application helped us a lot in timely understanding issues from our end.

This is the best CRM I have ever used.
Initially, it wasn't easy to use, but now we have a basic idea of how to use the product at its full capacity.
The best part is it automatically captures data into crm.

Sometimes our team used to feel complicated to use as proper training is required to use this tool as without training, it will be difficult to use.
Rest everything seems good.

Automatically it transfers data from Microsoft 365, which is a great help for the team and us.
We used to do it on our own before, but now we get a lot of help because of this tool.
