
I used Convert Way for 1.5 years and honestly loved it. Everything just worked, and the support was good.
But for the last two months, it's been awful. The app is full of bugs, and it's costing my business a lot of money.
The worst part? A bug secretly switched my approved "Utility" COD confirmation flow to some random "Marketing" template. I've been overcharged on who-knows-how-many messages, and I only found out by accident.
I told support about this critical issue a MONTH ago. Their final answer? "We can only see 3 months of data." That's no help at all and fixes nothing.
I've completely lost trust in them. I can't use a tool that randomly costs me money and has a support team that won't take responsibility.
