**What do you like best about Contivio.com?**

It works well. Admin interface is fairly easy. Easy to set up for every day use.

**What do you dislike about Contivio.com?**

The chat set up itself (look and feel) is just for 1 chat setup. So you can't make different ones if you have say a b2b and b2c websites for the same company. You'll have to contact Contivio to get another instance in the same account.

**What problems is Contivio.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customers can chat with our Customer Service. When the customer calls in, our ERP system pulls up the existing customer record. Saves time and helps with accuracy. Keeps chats, voicemails, voice recordings in one place.

**What do you like best about Contivio.com?**

Contivio's direct connectivity with NetSuite is a game changer for our sales staff. The product itself offers VoIP calls, IM, SMS/MMS, fax, and email as forms of communication. It has robust call handling options and many supervisor features to help with live calls during training or when a salesperson needs additional assistance with customer calls.

**What do you dislike about Contivio.com?**

The only downside to Contivio is you need a reliable internet connection in order for it to function, but let's be honest, what modern day company doesn't rely on reliable internet?

**What problems is Contivio.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contivio modernized our outdated VoIP in-house system and has afforded our sales staff the opportunity to work in the office and/or remotely if necessary. It definitely saved us money, is more efficient with calls and gives us more options that were previously not available to us including a direct connection with NetSuite.

**What do you like best about Contivio.com?**

NONE! It's very unreliable. Issues here and there.

**What do you dislike about Contivio.com?**

Everything! I'll need to pay for a VPN for it to work on my ISP.

**What problems is Contivio.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have the worst technical support. Resolution time is prolonged sometimes, it takes days for some issues to be resolved. They don't have enough workforce to attend to their client's needs.

**What do you like best about Contivio.com?**

It was to integrate into my desktop phone, and the initial setup was relatively painless.

**What do you dislike about Contivio.com?**

This system never seems to work correctly - I am logged in at all times but constantly missing calls through my desktop app (logged in through my phone) and the app on my cell phone. Voicemails come through without issue, but my phone never seems to ring.

**Recommendations to others considering Contivio.com:**

Suppose you're willing to put in the legwork beforehand; many options would make this program a great fit. If you're looking for something more user-friendly and straightforward, maybe consider something else.

**What problems is Contivio.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Right now, we've had our IT department look into the call issues, and they are working with Contivio to resolve these issues - the customer service is excellent. Still, it doesn't make the usability of the software anymore so.

**What do you like best about Contivio.com?**

Easy to auto-dial straight from salesforce. The voice recordings appear right after my call, and its helpful for review since I am in a sales role. 

**What do you dislike about Contivio.com?**

Since its web based you need pretty strong internet to get a clear connection, not always convenient. It also quits on me if its been idle for too long. not sure if this is an issue on my end or contivio's. 

**What problems is Contivio.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easier way to communicate and the busy/ready/idle status helps with cross office communication. We were utelizing shoretel before, and it was really difficult to download calls from the system. Now they are integrated right into slaesforce
