**What do you like best about Continu?**

What I like most about Continu is how easy it makes running workshops. Participants can register smoothly, and the Zoom/Teams integration means you don’t have to create a separate link. I also really value how straightforward the reporting is when I need to export data. I’m able to customize the information I need and filter through it easily.

**What do you dislike about Continu?**

There isn’t much I don’t like about Continu. Whenever I need assistance, their Support team responds within minutes. The only thing I’d like to see added is a content builder within the platform.

**What problems is Continu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the issue we were having with automatically integrating users. We have it set up so users are linked with our system to automatically bring in new employees. This saves us time, since we no longer have to manually enter users. Additionally, Continu allows learners to move beyond just compliance learning with their off the shelf content that employees can use to learn more than what is asked.

**What do you like best about Continu?**

The continue to improve and add in new features. Our company has been really leaning into this for even the smaller projects we are working on. Mostly it has been contained to our learning and development team but not it is more open where anyone can create their own trainings. Now we have a wide range of topics and course that are available. This helps us train and look for career growth opportunities since trainings for step level jumps are learnable. 

**What do you dislike about Continu?**

I think the tracking is still a mit of a wonky issue. Some things don't complete even when you've made it to the end which can lead to some completion metrics being off and having an admin to manually close/end the course for someone 

**What problems is Continu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Giving us the tools to train and onboard our team in a central location. We can have everything in continu so its easy for new hires since it all flows together back to back in a module.

Video or material based learning rather than hands on which feels outdated. More sandbox test cases or simulations or projects will be better

Do use it once! you will not go back! It's very easy to use and the interface is extremely user friendly!

A single stop for all our learning needs! that's the problem Continu is solving and also making lessons more interactive!It's integration with tolls like slack helps us keep track of where we are and where we have to be(in terms of learning).

What I like best about Continu is its ease of use and clean, intuitive interface. The platform is easy to navigate even for first-time users, which makes learning and daily usage smooth. One downside of Continu is that some advanced features are limited or not very customizable. While the core functionality is strong, the number of features could be expanded, especially for reporting and analytics. Occasionally, certain integrations feel basic and could be more flexible. There is also room for improvement in performance when handling larger volumes of data or users, as it can feel slightly slow at times.

Continu solves the problem of fragmented learning and knowledge management by providing a single, centralized platform for training, onboarding, and content sharing. Instead of using multiple tools or manual processes, Continu brings everything into one place, making it easier to assign, track, and manage learning activities.

This benefits me by saving time, improving visibility into learning progress, and ensuring consistent access to up-to-date content. **What do you like best about Continu?**

With recent improvements, Continu's course scheduling and assignment tool has been very helpful. However this has only been a recent change and it was difficult to navigate before and often failed. 

Continu displays Scorms packages perfectly and the courses people take rarely have any issues. 

You can get good data and insights into people's learning and course participation.

**What do you dislike about Continu?**

Continu often fails to provide a seamless experience - for instance, you cannot open a course into a new tab from one of the search/homepages. 

Scorms often update slowly or fail to do so for a long period of time (sometimes up to 3 hours). 

When scheduling and assigning courses, it can take time to set up and the assignment helper often crashes resulting in you losing all your work.

**What problems is Continu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Continu is our only LMS allowing us to provide detailed and consistent training, onboarding, and more to all our stakeholders. However, I focus particularly on sales and onboarding, product trainings, process + system training, and any changes that are introduced to sales team. These are put into a course and then uploaded + assigned to reps via Continu. 

It benefits us by helping deliver training to our stakeholders and track engagement on courses.

**What do you like best about Continu?**

ability to assign content to users is a benefit when working with a large audience base. Being able to group multiple content together into tracks is also useful to create robust learning programmes that users must follow. It is intuitive to use and whilst i did watch the training provided I found it easy enough to navigate and learn how to use better hands on. Like that I can add and personalise multiple outgoing messages to users as I assign content.

**What do you dislike about Continu?**

Whilst the badges are a good idea they essentially act as another certificate. Better gamification might be users earn a badge after completing X number of modules in a given category on the explore page. 

Not sure how the issue has occurred but we have the same 'location' several times. this means when trying to assign content and looking for the audience i have 5+ of the market United States - I have to select each instance for all relevant users to be correctly assigned content. 

Surveys are limited to the number of questions that can be asked - this limits its use for post training surveys otherwise users must be sent multiple surveys to complete. 

Assessments created through Continue do not provide feedback on users progress. No oversight as to what questions users are getting in/correct to identify gaps in learning or the training resource.

To make an all encompassing LMS and platform to view progress, would be beneficial to add in a QA section where users quality feedback can be stored and as this is done content can be recommended. Would be able to see then their improvements in relation to content they have sat.

Would be beneficial if users could register for a course (not a workshop with a set date) then Admin can assign to the users when suitable.

The search function often does not work or show all items when looking for content in the create page. this has caused duplicates to be uploaded or queries raised to chase where scorms are located to edit.

Being able to track distribution and completion of training content to users.

I like how Continu makes it easier to assign and share SCORM courses. I also appreciate the ease of searching for needed articles and information on the site. The support staff is great, which adds to the positive experience. I use the assignments and team segmentation features the most, and they help me as a trainer to assign training and segment items effectively.

**What do you dislike about Continu?**

I find the department segmentation awful. It makes it really hard to automate items. Often when a learner completes a SCORM course, the system provides a certificate but doesn't mark the training as complete. Reports are not the easiest to drill down. Initially, it was a struggle to set up with ADP.

Continu makes it easier to assign and share SCORM courses.

I like that Continu has a good mix of learning material, including written content, pictures, photos, conversations, and practical use cases, which helps solidify what I have learned in previous lessons. I also appreciate that I can get tagged and receive notifications when my course is pending or when it's close to the deadline, reminding me to complete it on time.

**What do you dislike about Continu?**

Sometimes the navigation gets stuck, or you cannot advance as quickly as you would like, especially for modules that are either straightforward or quite trivial. It would be great if there was a description or transcript of some of the conversations or audios, as the videos or audios often describe something quite easy that doesn't require a full two minutes to go through.

**What do you like best about Continu?**

I really like Continu for its ease of operation and intuitive navigation that makes finding what I need quick and straightforward. It's great for navigating through materials and courses, and it's easy to loop back if interrupted to continue where I left off and track progress. The ability to search for categorical data is also a strong point for me. The initial setup went perfectly well, and we even had all our onboarding trainings on it. I would definitely give it a strong 9 out of 10.

I would like to see advanced sorting capabilities and the ability to create my own library of coursework. Setting timelines and reminders as notifications to oneself would be helpful. Additionally, a mobile-friendly version for corporate usage could be handy.

I find the tool very intuitive, making it easy for users to jump straight into the topics they want to explore. It provides a straightforward way to discover and collect learning opportunities, and the platform overall feels intentionally designed to support and encourage learning. The reporting tools, in particular, are especially useful.

The current format for inserting images feels too linear and could benefit from more straightforward features. I’d also like more customization options, since we’ve had to rely on workarounds to get things done.

This efficient implementation has greatly facilitated our transition from the previous system and provides easy access to additional training resources. We’ve been able to leverage nearly all of its features to deliver content, and our employees can access the platform easily and without friction.

Continu has been a huge help in organizing all of our training resources in one central place that’s easy for every department to access and use. Before we had it, training content was all over the place—shared drives, emails, random folders—and it took way too much time to keep things updated or help people find what they needed. With Continu, everything’s in one spot, and it’s simple for anyone on the team to create, share, or find content without needing a bunch of back-and-forth. It’s made knowledge sharing way easier and saved me a ton of time that I used to spend just trying to keep everything organized. Now I can actually focus on improving our training instead of constantly managing it.

Our main use case revolves around deploying and tracking mandatory information security awareness training modules to our entire workforce. Continu is integrated to our HRMS tool and we have seen cases of rehires wherein the automation failed to assign the training. That resulted in non-compliance for some of the rehires as they didn't complete training within certain number of days.

**What do you like best about Continu?**

One of the features I like the best about Continu is its integration with Salesforce and Slack.  This makes it super easy to access since Salesforce is a tool I use regularly, but the Slack integration is great in ensuring I'm notified about upcoming training deadlines so I can make time to complete these. If there's one shortfall I've noticed when completing a training is it's sometimes unclear as to what modules, tasks, or quizzes I need to complete in order to move on to the next section.  This might be the fault of our Education and Revenue Operations teams when they create the training, but I often have to backtrack to find a box I didn't check or card I didn't flip in order to move on or complete the training.

As a company, we have constant new updates or product roll outs that we as salespeople need to be educated on. The best thing about Continu to me is that it has a breakthrough capability of organizing very complex, tiered technical information into logical pathways of learning. Now we are able to develop different sequences depending on the models of robotics and so our field engineers will have accurate updated troubleshooting guides of each model. Also, the detailed access lists are wonderful, and we can lock certain proprietary schematics or complex repair processes to specific individuals. Such control with sensitive product knowledge is beyond price to our fast changing hardware.

**What do you dislike about Continu?**

Although search by and large is effective, it tends to have trouble with extremely tight or technical jargon concepts when a user fails to make an exceptionally precise search. Increased capability in allowing embedding real time data dashboards configured within the external monitoring tools using the content editor would also be beneficial. Being able to customize the way one wants to get notified about minor content updates might seem a little too generalized to the point of one not being able to restrict it to the intended people without over notifying the others.

**What problems is Continu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Continu is addressing our important problem of distributed and disparate technical documentation. Prior to Continu, our engineering team wasted excessive effort responding to simple questions like product specification or describing the process of troubleshooting some issue that was hidden in some wiki or shared drive. At present, all their products updates, component specifications and diagnostic flows are now systematically stored in Continu. Our support and sales organization can reference the right answer by themselves much faster and considerably diminish in-house questions to engineering cheaper and speeding up our reaction times to clients.

Sometimes it is not clear what needs to be completed before moving on to another section because there are so many different triggers that allow that to happen. This lack of clarity can be frustrating and increase anxiety, especially since people are generally not excited about using education platforms and are busy with other daily tasks.

I find the platform easy to use for monitoring progress in onboarding and education, with valuable Slack integration for notifications.

**What do you like best about Continu?**

It's an intuitive platform where we can organized and track our training materials. I like that it makes it easy to track course progress by integrating with collaboration tools like Slack. It helps boost student engagement and ensure effective implementation of training programs.

**What do you dislike about Continu?**

I have nothing negative to say, the interface is clear and accessible, making it easy navigate. Continu allows us to connect with the tools and channels our teams already use.

**What problems is Continu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has been a turning point in our company's learning and development efforts. It allows me to keep track of training tasks and assignments, as well as review previously viewed videos for reference.
