I like the ability to integrate Connect and Sell with Outreach. My sales team was able to streamline their process and triple the number of people they called. If you have a good enough script that can cover any persona then Connect and Sell is a good investment. But if you are testing scripts out, trying out personas, etc then it's not a great tool to be utilized. Connect and Sell is a bit of a pain to use in terms of UX. The C&S reps gave proper training prior to our team's roll-out and followed up weekly with us on status and how they could support us better.
