Engages booking grids have been an invaluable tool for our team, providing clear insight into the utilization of our conference rooms and hybrid spaces. The ability to quickly identify under - and over- utilized areas has helped us optimize how we manage our spaces. The area where Engage could improve is in troubleshooting. Currently, resolving issues requires multiple steps and investigations, which can be time-consuming. Customer support would be more effective if it provided clearer step-by-step guides for addressing specific problems. Additionally, greater integration between iOffice and Engage would be valuable- for example, ensuring that changes made in iOffice are automatically reflected in Engage.
