What do you like best about Comply?

We use the MyRIACompliance platform and the higher service level with dedicated consultant hours. The platform is easy to set up and easy for employees to use. It has the tools that our team needs and COMPLY has added features during the time we've been clients. We've been very happy with both our primary consultant and our customer success manager. They are responsive and knowledgeable, and I am confident that I'm receiving good advice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Comply?

The tool for monitoring employee trades isn't as effective as I'd like it to be, but I know that the equivalent tool on their ComplySci platform works much better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Comply?

Using Comply/RIA in a box I was able to access template policy and procedure documents I might need for my business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Comply?

They don't provide specific or direct advice on contracts or written policy and procedures. They FORCE renewal at a higher rate without first notifying of the price increase or allowing an oportunity to cancel/not renew. They say the contract requires 90 day prior notice and say it is up to US to keep track of the 90 days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
