## About Common Room
Common Room is an AI GTM platform that helps revenue teams — including Sales, Marketing, and RevOps — at mid-market and enterprise B2B companies move from fragmented buyer data to precise, AI-driven execution at scale. Most GTM teams operate on incomplete information, with reps toggling between tools and ops teams manually stitching systems together. Common Room solves this by unifying first-party customer data with real-world buyer signals into a continuously updated system of complete and trusted buyer intelligence, powered by Context360 (AI identity resolution) and AI waterfall enrichment across a 400M+ contact directory. Revenue teams use that intelligence foundation to put AI agents to work across core GTM workflows — prioritizing the right accounts, researching contacts, mapping stakeholders, and personalizing outreach based on real buyer context. A configurable Revenue Control Plane gives revenue architects enterprise-grade governance, permissioning, and managed integrations to design and scale AI-native GTM workflows across the business. Key capabilities include: -Complete buyer intelligence: Unifies CRM, product, marketing, and engagement signals with real-world buyer activity into a person-level, always up-to-date view of every buyer - AI agents across GTM workflows: Automates account prioritization, contact research, stakeholder mapping, data hygiene, and personalized outreach without adding headcount -Revenue Control Plane: Central governance layer for revenue architects to build, deploy, and scale plays with enterprise-grade controls and fully managed integrations -Embedded workflow activation: Delivers buyer intelligence and AI-guided actions directly inside Slack, email, Salesforce, browser extensions, and AI assistants — no behavior change required -Enterprise-ready at scale: Supports teams of 50 to 1,000+ reps across multiple GTM motions, eliminating the need for GTM engineers, enrichment vendors, or external orchestration tools

## Common Room Reviews
 ### 1. Great for Finding Top Contacts, but Overlapping Accounts and Rigid Columns Confuse

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe H. | GTM Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Common Room?**

I like that I can go to a single place to identify the top contacts and accounts to pursue

**What do you dislike about Common Room?**

I don't like the way that organizations and accounts end up overlapping. It's often very confusing, and we always end up only creating and/or filtering off of account objects, not organization objects.

I also do not like that you cannot move columns within account or contact views.

**What problems is Common Room solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Within the outbound motion, there are three core problems that need to be solved. What account should be pursued and why, who at that account and why, and how do we reach out/break in.

Common room definitely helps us identify which accounts and prospects we should reach out to.

**Official Response from JP Marquez:**

> Thanks for the detailed breakdown, Joe.

Really glad Common Room's giving you one place to work through account and contact prioritization for outbound.

The overlap between organizations and accounts, and the lack of column control in account and contact views, both make sense as friction points. Worth flagging these to your CSM. They can dig into how your setup is configured and make sure this gets in front of the right team to support you.

Thank you again for leaving us a review.

 ### 2. Seamless ABM Enhanced by Stellar Support and AI Capabilities

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kylie B. | Publicity Representative- Internship, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Common Room?**

I think Common Room is a wonderful platform with a great UI, but what stands out the most is the wonderful team. They've been side by side with us during the implementation process, helping us iron out all the technical issues. The customer service is probably the best I've ever worked with. I enjoy using the platform thoroughly because of this, and I know that if I have any technical hiccups, they're gonna be there within a second to help me out.

**What do you dislike about Common Room?**

I think the HubSpot integration could be improved. That seems to be where some of the data sync issues arise. It was a little bit challenging to set up, especially the integration between Common Room and HubSpot, although a lot of that has to do with the way we've set up HubSpot as a business.

**What problems is Common Room solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Common Room to identify the right people for our target account list, determine when and why to reach out, and personalize messages for effective campaigns. It also helps us de-anonymize website visitors who don’t fill out forms properly.

**Official Response from JP Marquez:**

> Let's go! We're so happy to hear the Common Room team's been in it with you through implementation and beyond. And that support's been some of the best you've worked with! That's exactly the experience we want every customer to have. We'll make sure the team sees this.

Also, noted on the Hubspot integration feedback. Glad it seems to have been resolved, otherwise don't hesitate to reach out to your CSM to help get it across the finish line.

Thanks again for taking the time to write this, and for trusting us with your ABM work.

 ### 3. Director of Sales Development

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Common Room?**

Common Room's UX/UI is flexible and easy to use, which makes adoption across the team painless. It's been especially helpful for figuring out who to target by tying intent signals directly to companies, pulling from multiple different sources rather than relying on just one. This has significantly sped up our list-building process, since we're no longer manually stitching together signals from separate tools to figure out who's worth prioritizing.

**What do you dislike about Common Room?**

Intent signals can feel non-specific sometimes, making it hard to pin down exactly why an account showed up as a target or what actually triggered it. There's also some skepticism on our end around the deanonymization piece.

**What problems is Common Room solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a large TAM, so Common Room makes it a lot easier to know who to target and when to reach out. That's given our SDRs time back in their day since they're not manually piecing together who's worth prioritizing. It's also made their processes more efficient and helped them show up to conversations with better context, which makes those conversations more productive.

**Official Response from JP Marquez:**

> Thank you for all of the positive feedback. We're so happy to hear Common Room's UI's made adoption easy across your teams, and that pulling intent signals together in one place has cut down on the manual list-building work for your SDRs. That's exactly what we like to see.

We hear you on signal specificity, and appreciate you being honest about your questions around deanonymization. These are both worth reaching out to your CSM over. They can walk through how signal attribution and deanonymization work, so you can optimize your dashboard and gain confidence in the accuracy of the data.

Thanks again for leaving a review!

 ### 4. Seamless Unified View with Powerful Signals and A+ Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Common Room?**

I’ve never used a tool that pulls together such a vast amount of signals in a way that can truly move the needle. Thanks to their partnerships, it’s been incredibly seamless to get a unified view of a person. Their customer support is also an A+ and has been extremely valuable.

**What do you dislike about Common Room?**

You have to sit with bad records in your room and it hits your bottom line. We learned that the hard way a few times. I would love to see it become more of an orchestration platform, especially around ABM and AI plays, but maybe in due time.

**What problems is Common Room solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to effectively pinpoint accounts and contacts at the right time in the right moment.

**Official Response from JP Marquez:**

> Thank you for this, it means a lot. Really glad the signal depth and unified view are making a difference, and really glad our support team came through for you too. We'll make sure they see this.

On sitting with bad records hitting your bottom line, we hear you. That's actually exactly what DataAgent is built to catch. Worth flagging to your CSM if you haven't looked into it further yet.

And the orchestration and ABM direction you're describing, that's exactly where we're headed. More on this soon.

Thanks again for taking the time to write this.

 ### 5. Promising Tool with Intuitive UI, Needs More Refinement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Common Room?**

I think Common Room is very well thought out, with a UI that's very intuitive. It's very easy to learn, and workflows are simple to build. Reports are straightforward, even though they're a bit bare bones. The platform feels very mobile.

**What do you dislike about Common Room?**

A lot of the flows you have to build for reps feel somewhat hacky. The way it integrates with HubSpot at times can feel a little bit hacky. A lot of it does feel very early stage. Same thing with reports, like having to reach out if you want certain columns moved or added.

**What problems is Common Room solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I got Common Room to track intent signals from prospects on websites and social platforms. It's showing interesting data, especially from net new accounts, but we're still figuring out how to use it effectively.

**Official Response from JP Marquez:**

> Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Really glad to hear the UI and workflow builder are working well for you, that's exactly what we're aiming for.

And thanks for the candid feedback, too. We genuinely use reviews like this to help prioritize what comes next.

One thing that stood out: it sounds like you're already seeing good signals from net-new account activity. We'd definitely recommend connecting with your CSM because we can help make this a more repeatable play your team can scale.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

 ### 6. Effective Contact Targeting, Needs Better Analytics UI

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Common Room?**

I find Common Room easy to use, especially for enrolling people directly into sequence outreach. It simplifies that process. I also liked some of its AI features better, which contributed to our decision to switch from Pocus.

**What do you dislike about Common Room?**

Some of the analytics and reporting is a little difficult to use within the UI of the tool, so we have to request some of that stuff to be sent via their engineering team. We'd like to be able to group by managers and by teams and marry that data to specific outreach sequences.

**What problems is Common Room solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Common Room helps us narrow down the vast list of contacts within an account, ensuring we reach out to the right person at the right time.

**Official Response from JP Marquez:**

> Thanks for the review! Really glad Common Room's made enrolling contacts into outreach sequences simple, and that our AI capabilities were part of what got you to switch over.

Appreciate the note on reporting and analytics, and on your desire to group by managers and teams and tying that to outreach sequences specifically. These are the exact sort of questions our CSM team can support you through, please reach out to your CSM and they'll jump on it.

Again, thank you for taking the time to write to us!

 ### 7. Powerful Website Visit Tracking with GitHub Insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben L. | Senior Sales Operations Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Common Room?**

The ability to track website visits and their github data

**What do you dislike about Common Room?**

most everything is good, I am worried about the capabilities being taken over by bigger tools

**What problems is Common Room solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ease of prospecting, my sales reps have a much more direct and seamless flow

**Official Response from JP Marquez:**

> Thanks for the kind words, Ben. Really glad the website visit tracking paired with GitHub signals is helping your reps prospect more easily.

That's exactly the kind of workflow we want to support. We're always going to remain focused on getting the details right for teams like yours, no matter what.

Appreciate you leaving a review.

 ### 8. Common Room Brings All My Funnel and Engagement Insights into One Place

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Common Room?**

I’ve used many similar (though different) tools, and Common Room is the first one that truly addresses all of my needs in a single place. It covers everything from top-of-funnel intel to deep insights into account engagement. The information is rich, and the time I save is hard to quantify—because before investing in this tool, I simply wasn’t getting all the information that Common Room now provides.

**What do you dislike about Common Room?**

I’d love to see Common Room become a true replacement for traditional CRM tools.

**What problems is Common Room solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Common Room brings all of my most important insights together in one place, which saves me an incredible amount of time. If I don’t yet have an account plan finalized, or if I receive an inbound lead from a new account, I can quickly get up to speed and become an expert on the prospect simply by reviewing their account in Common Room.

 ### 9. Deeply Human, Deeply Connected: How We Understand Our Community

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ivan Z. | Co-Founder & CEO, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Common Room?**

Common Room feels like a natural extension of our philosophy at Notion: to build tools that feel simple and intuitive but are incredibly powerful underneath. It unifies the countless conversations happening around our product—from Slack and GitHub to Discord and Twitter—into a single, coherent timeline. This allows us to see the person behind the data, understanding not just what users are doing, but why they are doing it and what they need to succeed. The ability to identify and rally our most passionate advocates effortlessly has been transformative.

**What do you dislike about Common Room?**

As with any platform that aggregates massive amounts of unstructured data, there is an initial phase of tuning and refinement required to ensure the signal-to-noise ratio is high. Achieving that perfect, clean view of our community took some dedicated effort from our team.

**What problems is Common Room solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Common Room has solved the fundamental problem of community fragmentation. We no longer have siloed conversations we can't learn from. It has become the system of record for community-led growth, allowing our product, marketing, and sales teams to operate from a shared understanding of our users. This has led to more resonant product decisions, enabled our sales team to identify and engage with high-potential leads from our community, and, most importantly, has helped us scale the human, connected feeling that was core to Notion's early days. It helps us ensure that as we grow, we never lose the voice of the user.

 ### 10. Great Signal Coverage, Laggy Support

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Common Room?**

Open source signals and other signals combined

**What do you dislike about Common Room?**

Slow support, took us over 3 months to have our issues fixed

**What problems is Common Room solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OSS user identification

**Official Response from JP Marquez:**

> Thanks for taking the time to share this, and for being upfront about the wait.

Three months to get a support issue resolved is too long, plain and simple. We're sorry it took that long.

Really glad the open source and signal combination is helping you identify OSS users, that's a use case we care a lot about getting right.

If anything is still open on your end, please reach out ASAP.

 ### 11. Great for Building Audiences and Contact-Level Data for Warm Outreach

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Common Room?**

Good tool for building audiences and getting contact level data for SDRs to do warm outreach

**What do you dislike about Common Room?**

I would like to see to direct audience mapping to LinkedIn so the process is more automated. Agentic workflows would be cool as well.

**What problems is Common Room solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Surfacing high-intent organizations and/or contacts are the 2 swim lanes that Common Room solves

**Official Response from JP Marquez:**

> Really glad we are helping your SDRs get the audiences and contact data they need for warm outreach.

Also, agentic workflows are here, and LinkedIn ads are coming!

Reach out to your CSM/AM to get the details and get added to the Beta.

 ### 12. Exactly What We Needed for Engaging Our Community

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Beryl C. | Digital Marketing Manager and Community Ambassador, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Common Room?**

I use Common Room Daily. It gives us a clear view of what’s happening across our community—Slack, GitHub, social media, forums, and more. We can see who’s active, what they’re talking about, and follow up when it makes sense. The segmentation and workflow features make it easy to reach the right people with the right content, whether it’s a webinar invite or a new blog post. What I appreciate most is how it pulls all these scattered signals into one place—it just makes everything easier to manage and act on.

**What do you dislike about Common Room?**

The core features are excellent, but the UI still has room to improve. Navigating between segments and workflows can feel a bit clunky at times, and some interactions take more clicks than you'd expect. Nothing deal-breaking, but a more streamlined user experience would make a great product even better.

**What problems is Common Room solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Common Room helps us solve two big problems: knowing who’s actually engaging in our community, and reaching the right people at the right time. Before, it was hard to track what was happening across all our channels —and even harder to take action on it. Now we can see the full picture, segment people based on their interests or behavior, and set up workflows to share relevant content or follow up when there’s clear intent. It’s made our marketing a lot more focused and a lot less manual.

 ### 13. Head of Sales Development

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin T. | Head of Sales Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Common Room?**

Common Room has become a critical part of how we identify and prioritize top-of-funnel opportunities. It brings together signals from multiple sources like Slack, GitHub, and web activity, then enriches that data to highlight which accounts are showing meaningful engagement. This gives us a much clearer picture of who we should be targeting and when. The member and account-level insights help us connect the dots across the customer journey, and we’ve been able to act on intent earlier and more confidently. It’s also a huge plus that we can tailor lead scoring based on the specific actions we care about. This saves time, helps us focus on the right people, and improves the quality of outreach across the board.

**What do you dislike about Common Room?**

While the platform is strong overall, there are a few areas where it could improve. The Prospector tool would benefit from more advanced filtering so we can segment and drill into the data more precisely. I’d also like to see more flexibility around user permissions. For example, I want to allow someone to enroll a contact in a sequence without giving them access to create or edit workflows. Right now, the permission levels feel too broad. Lastly, the HubSpot integration works but could be deeper and more reliable when it comes to syncing contact data and triggering automated actions. These are not dealbreakers, but improvements here would take the experience to the next level.

**What problems is Common Room solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Common Room helps us solve a core challenge in outbound: knowing which accounts are actually showing intent before they ever raise their hand. It gives us visibility into engagement across Slack, GitHub, our docs, and other channels, and brings all of that activity into one place.

This has made a big difference in how we prioritize outreach. Instead of relying on gut instinct or waiting for inbound leads, we can proactively target accounts that are already active and meet our ICP criteria. We use those signals to fine-tune lead scoring and focus our time where it matters most.

The biggest benefit has been higher-quality conversations earlier in the funnel. We are no longer guessing who to reach out to. We are starting with accounts that are already leaning in, which makes outreach more relevant and effective.

 ### 14. Missing Link Between Data Signals and Pipeline Generation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew L. | Revenue Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Common Room?**

What I like best about Common Room is how it brings together signals from across our stack including website visits, community activity, and more into one unified view. As someone in Revenue Operations, it’s incredibly valuable to be able to customize how we surface and prioritize these insights based on our GTM motion. The flexibility of the platform means we can tailor it to our workflow rather than adapting to rigid tooling.

**What do you dislike about Common Room?**

What can be challenging about Common Room is that there’s a learning curve. It’s not fully plug-and-play. You need to understand how to navigate the platform and know what outcomes you’re driving toward to get real value. Once you’re up and running, it’s powerful, but initial ramp requires intention and a bit of upfront investment.

**What problems is Common Room solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Website Visitor Tracking and Deanonymization: Identifying and enriching visitor information to improve lead quality.

Product Sign-up Deanonymization and Enrichment: Gaining deeper insights into potential customers who have signed up for a trial.

Salesforce Integration: Seamlessly synchronizing enriched customer data and insights directly into Salesforce.

Integration with X, LinkedIn, GitHub: For deeper ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) matching and improved prospect identification.

Slack, Intercom, and Gong.io Integrations: Streamlining internal communications and leveraging recorded conversations for further insights.

Custom Workflow Creation: Facilitating tailored alerts, notifications, and sales plays.

Job Change Tracking: Identifying timely opportunities based on prospect career moves.

Dark Funnel Prospecting: Capturing potential opportunities that are not visible through conventional analytics.

 ### 15. Common Room is a helpful tool that definitely helps me do my job.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tess L. | Enterprise Business Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Common Room?**

I like being able to identify prospects that have recently started using Notion, as well as those who are "power users" or have recently taken certain actions that would make them a priority to connect with. It can also be the quickest way to get a sense of who / what teams within a company are active in Notion, which informs strategy and outreach plans.

**What do you dislike about Common Room?**

Common Room can be difficult to use from an UI perspective. Filters, segments, and tabs are not the most intuitive, so for those that don't use the tool a lot it can be hard to navigate. I would consider myself a power user and I still get frustrated sometimes when filters don't work as expected. There are also discrepancies in data (such as total users versus members) that can make it a less trustworthy source of truth, especially when trying to pull data to give to customers.

**What problems is Common Room solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Common Room is the only way we are able to efficiently understand Notion users in our accounts. This is a huge piece of our current sales and prospecting motion. We use Common Room to identify power users or new users, and those become some of our top prospects or help identify which accounts we should prioritize. Having this information helps us reach out at the right time.

 ### 16. Finally, Contact Level Visibility

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy V. | Performance Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Common Room?**

Common Room is able to provide contact level intent/social/web activity, which was a large gap for us before. I am now able to tell the sales teams who from their top accounts visited the website, exactly what pages they saw, and how they got there. Common Room also provides great account-based views, pulling in all known activity from mapped contacts, in addition to account assumptions from public information (strategic priorities, SWOT Analysis, earnings calls, open roles etc).

**What do you dislike about Common Room?**

Still some bugs being worked out, but support team has been extremely reactive, flexible, and helpful with workarounds and real-time updates. Would also be great to have additional tools to choose from in the "Tech Stack" filter for our specific use case (emphasis on competitive tooling).

**What problems is Common Room solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Main use case is mapping web traffic to contacts vs accounts. This give us a much better signal and better information to be able to help the sellers do more informed follow-up/warmer outbound.

 ### 17. How Common Room helped us grow our community and sales efforts

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas C. | Head of Growth (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships), Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Common Room?**

We started using Common Room as a way to manage our growing open source community and customer base, not as a full CRM replacement, but as a helpful addition. The best part for us was how quickly we could get up and running. The interface is straightforward, and we didn’t have to spend much time training our team. The automation features really stood out, making it easy to scale our outreach and save time.

We also found the customer intelligence tools to be a game-changer, giving us a clear view of who was engaging with our community and highlighting potential prospects. Common Room helps us manage our sales funnel by pulling in signals from all over, so we always know who’s interested and when to reach out. It’s made our communications smoother and keeps everyone on the same page. Plus, prospecting is a lot easier now that we can spot high-value opportunities quickly and automate many of our workflows. The “set and go” features mean we don’t have to babysit every process, and we really appreciate how easily it connects with our other tools through its API.

**What do you dislike about Common Room?**

Sometimes, we notice that company information is missing or not quite right, and there can be duplicates in our data. The platform works really well overall, but it does require us to do some regular maintenance to keep our community and user data clean. These are small issues, but worth mentioning for anyone who wants their data to be as accurate as possible.

**What problems is Common Room solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Common Room solves the challenge of managing our growing open source community and sales pipeline by bringing all our user and customer data together in one place. It automates outreach and helps us quickly spot buying signals and high-value prospects. This saves us time, keeps our team aligned, and makes it easier to scale both our community and sales efforts. The platform also integrates smoothly with our other tools, so everything works together seamlessly.

 ### 18. Powerful and intuitive platform for tracking and engaging your community

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erdem M. | Vice President of Sales, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Common Room?**

Common Room makes it incredibly easy to identify and engage with the people who matter most across all of our digital touchpoints. The interface is intuitive, the insights are actionable, and the way it pulls together data from different channels gives a full picture of our community. I’ve especially appreciated how easy it is to set up workflows to track engagement, tag users by segment, and take action quickly. The sales and support team has also been great any time I’ve had a question.

**What do you dislike about Common Room?**

Honestly, there’s not much to dislike. If I had to name something, I’d say reporting and analytics could go a bit deeper for power users. While the current dashboards are clean and helpful, having more customizable metrics or advanced filtering options would make it even more powerful—especially for larger-scale campaigns or stakeholder reporting.

**What problems is Common Room solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Common Room helps us centralize and make sense of all the conversations, mentions, and engagements happening across platforms. Before using it, we had no easy way to identify high-value contributors, track sentiment, or engage with users in a meaningful and timely way. Now, we’re able to prioritize outreach, segment our community based on activity or influence, and act on real-time insights. It’s saved countless hours we used to spend manually monitoring channels and has directly improved how we support users, nurture advocates, and spot opportunities early.

 ### 19. Extremely helpful and Visual

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zach K. | Enterprise Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Common Room?**

Common Room has been the absolute #1 tool that I use on a day to day basis with prospecting. We have a large, warm ecosystem of customers who we want to try to offer our enterprise offering for. Common room allows me to easily find these current customers and identify their usage, and then directly reach out via outreach sequence by enrolling them right from there. It's colorful, and visual, and makes the prospecting process so easy. I don't know what i would do without it.

**What do you dislike about Common Room?**

This is very specific, but when I click the, sort filters column, it resets the entire page, which is really annoying for losing my place in reports, but this could be easily fixed

**What problems is Common Room solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping me to easily identify who my most active customers are and do it in a visually engaging way. It also allows me to easily and directly push to outreach sequence from there.

 ### 20. Great tool, awesome signals

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel M. | Sales Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Common Room?**

I really like how you are able to see account level signal through the channels we value most. I also really appreciate how accurate the data is on a personal level. If it shows me at a contact level, I am confident its someone I should prioritize.

I'm in enterprise sales development, so it's great for multithreading opportunities and finding other business units to tackle

**What do you dislike about Common Room?**

I don't have much to hate on the product to be honest. Sometimes when you disqualify a contact, it can take a second to refresh (not very important)

**What problems is Common Room solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Common Room is solving my "who do I reach and why" predicament. In my role, I like to be laser specific on who I reach and why. I want to reach warmer contacts who are low hanging fruit. I always start with "pricing page" and then I see who is on our technical blogs. This helps me with a more consultative sell.

 ### 21. Game-changing platform!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Common Room?**

Top 2 would be the signal-stacking capabilities and RoomieAI research prompts. Signal-stacking is a really smart way to get to the high-intent accounts have not been on the business's website. Calculated fields have been critical to this, but being able to stack internal ICP criteria and external (2nd and 3rd party) signals has been a game-changer.

I don't go a day without Roomie AI search prompts. It's a big time-saver and I appreciate how it goes into the details and provides the sources. The fact that it can also become a filter/signal also helps me identify relevant accounts.

Both have been easy to use and implement (for me), and our solutions architect's expertise have been critical for this so I appreciate his continuous support.

**What do you dislike about Common Room?**

The extension doesn't work on linkedin sales nav so I have to open the prospect's normal linkedin. If I'm working off of a lead or account list on sales nav, this will take up more time.

It's not the hardest to integrate, but depending on your team, it might be difficult to implement. Particularly if your team prefers the 'old school or spray-and-pray' selling method.

**What problems is Common Room solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating the prospecting process by adding all relevant people as a contact saves so much time. Same goes for RoomieAI as it automates the account research process.

 ### 22. Fred @ Builder - Common Room Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fred D. | Cross Functional Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Common Room?**

The ease of being able to interact with prospects quickly and efficiently.

Ability to integrate directly with CRM.

The ability to interface with customer support through Slack and get real-time feedback.

**What do you dislike about Common Room?**

There are sometimes some slow response times that are difficult to track. I would like the ability to get feedback from my actions immediately,, rather than things just happening.

**What problems is Common Room solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The time it takes to actually be able to go through contacts.

Common room gives a quick glance, when a CRM asks you to parse through every contact before actioning it.

 ### 23. Account Executive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Preston B. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Common Room?**

What I love about Common Room is that it's a true all-in-one solution for pipeline generation. It streamlines everything from account research and scoring to finding the right contacts and setting up the perfect cadence. Plus, I get real-time alerts when accounts show high interest in our product through website visits, keeping me one step ahead.

**What do you dislike about Common Room?**

I don't have anything that I dislike about Common room.

**What problems is Common Room solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Traditionally I've had to use mutliple tools for pipeline generation. Account research on Zoominfo and Sales, find and pull the right contacts with SalesNav and LeadIQ, and then go to Outreach to put my contacts in a cadence. Then for seeing interest in our product I would need to go back to SalesNav. Now I can do all of this in one tool.

 ### 24. Great tool for signal stacking.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James E. | Business Development Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Common Room?**

The most useful aspect of the solution is the ability to stack prospect signals. Such as recent job changes, linked in comments/ likes and funding rounds.

**What do you dislike about Common Room?**

The only real gripe I have with the toll is the lack of mobile/ DD data. Although CM is not primary a data enrichment tool, there is a need to enrich with a different provider.

**What problems is Common Room solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One problem that common room solves id the ability to automate account research. Before the tool, this would take hours and be very manual. Now this is automated through their AI feature, which you can set parameters of.

 ### 25. Great product for prospecting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyler A. | Account Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Common Room?**

It helps streamline my prospecting efforts. I've been able to cut my prospecting time in half and produce more results and focus on the other parts of my sales motion. I use the tool every day. You can build complex segments to find subsets of prospects based on your companies data. Overall I highly recommend this tool.

**What do you dislike about Common Room?**

It often lacks the email and phone data of something like a ZoomInfo, so I still need to use these tools side by side. Building segments has a learning curve, sometimes it's not as easy as i'd like.

**What problems is Common Room solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's reducing the number of sales tools and screen jumping involved in prospecting. It's helped save time and allows me to complete daily prospecting much faster.

 ### 26. User Friendly, Customizable, AI powered

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hannah L. | Director, Sales Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Common Room?**

Common Room is very easy to learn and use. You can build custom fields and ai-prompts directly into the product that allow you to research accounts and provide true relevance at scale. There are endless plays you can create, the power of signals from 1st, 3rd, and the product are at your finger-tips. The integrations have been simple to set up, and the integration and product support team have also been very responsive.

**What do you dislike about Common Room?**

The email and phone enrichment could be stronger. Also it would be amazing if the custom ai-generated prompts could be sequenced rather than generated as snippets so there was less need for manual intervention in the overall orchestration.

**What problems is Common Room solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Opening up the power of combining account research and signals to prioritize and reach prospects/users in a relevant way.

 ### 27. A good peek under the hood

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristin R. | Director of Paid Media, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Common Room?**

Features are generally pretty user friendly and intuitive, especially in segmenting, tagging, and digging into company/contact information. Native integrations with Hubspot and LinkedIn are incredibly useful. I appreciated how quick it was to setup.

**What do you dislike about Common Room?**

Limited user-level insights. Having to use webhooks in order to sync information to LinkedIn or other platforms is challenging for less tech-savvy users. I do wish that CommonRoom had an ability to sync LinkedIn engagement as an "activity" into Hubspot, rather than just segment membership.

**What problems is Common Room solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted a way to show LinkedIn engagement activity within our attribution since the channel is where we are spending the majority of our budget. Also identifying company and user level visits to site as another attribution metric.

 ### 28. Expanded our reach drastically!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Common Room?**

Common Room has been a great addition to our marketing and sales toolkit. It’s helped us uncover new contacts, surface leads signals we didn’t have access to before, and ultimately run more targeted campaigns. We’ve been able to expand our outreach in ways that just weren’t possible before due to limited visibility.

The integrations with Outreach and Salesforce have been key. We’re able to route high-intent leads directly to the right reps. It has helped us prioritize faster and pass over more qualified leads to sales.

**What do you dislike about Common Room?**

There’s a bit of a learning curve when you’re first getting started. The platform is powerful, but it takes a little time to understand all the features and get everything set up the way you want. That said, customer success is super helpful at getting you started and once it clicks, it’s easy to use and super impactful.

**What problems is Common Room solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re using Common Room to enrich our contact data, identify new buying signals, and act on intent we weren’t tracking before. It’s given us better insight into who’s engaging and where, which has improved both our campaign targeting and our sales handoff process.

 ### 29. Making outreach quick and efficient & most importantly to the right people!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Common Room?**

I am a very active user of the CommonRoom segments. Really allows me to set specific filters and triggers and turn it into a list of hot prospects to go after at the right time. Love how you can add tags to different personas to make the filtering process easy within your company.
Also great that in the same tool I can see important highlights I need about a company & prospecting, instead of jumping from tool to tool - really saves me a good chunk of time as a BDR.

**What do you dislike about Common Room?**

At the start I was a little overwhelmed by all the things you can do in the tool, but with trainings and time you quickly start to find the most relevant for you pieces and make a smooth workflow with automation & integrations with slack.

**What problems is Common Room solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For our team the main point is time saving and efficiency, which allows us to scale up our outreach and get to more potential customers. It's also taking away from tool sprawl which is a globally big challenge nowadays. This really improves the team's work conditions.

 ### 30. Saves us time and sharpens our focus on outreach

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Common Room?**

Common Room allows us to combine signals across multiple sources, from website traffic to specific organization-level triggers, into one unified view. Providing our team with a clear picture of who we should target and why. Ultimately, it's helped us streamline our process and spend more time on meaningful outreach.

**What do you dislike about Common Room?**

There's a learning curve when first using Common Room; it takes some time to get fully set up and understand how to properly use it. The support team has been very responsive and helpful.

**What problems is Common Room solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Common Room has helped us become much more efficient and effective in identifying which accounts we should be prioritizing for outbound. It saves our team a ton of time on manual research, tracking website traffic, and lets us focus more on actual outreach.

 ### 31. Best-in-Class GTM Machine That's Still Under the Radar!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam W. | Head of RevOps, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Common Room?**

We chose Common Room as we believe it offers the best of both worlds - a best-in-class signal capture platform with best-in-class AI agentic capabilities. There is a bit of a learning curve, as there is just SO much data and signals to play around with, but once you get the hang of it you are off to the races. Versus hiring a 60k/year Clay agency, Common Room is a no brainer.

Connecting your other tools via integrations was generally a breeze. Implementation was easy. Customer support and onboarding has been and is top tier.

**What do you dislike about Common Room?**

Automations - workflows in particular - sorely need to be beefed up and expanded. There is so much amazing customizable data within Common Room that not being able to manipulate it as far as other workflow tools can be a bit of a bottleneck.

I think some of the the out-of-box integrations need a bit more depth of connectivity - which would serve not just CR's customers but probably the CR implementation team too.

**What problems is Common Room solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Common Room was the only tool we demo'd that enabled us to actually capture 1st and third party signals, consolidate them into one "profile", then actually *trigger sales or marketing outreach directly from the platform.* Most say they can do this, but it's either not-as-promised or custom. CR's ability to automate Outreach sequence enrollment based on [insert anything you want here], have it come from a Sales team member's inbox, is a gamechanger. Especially for smaller teams.

 ### 32. All-in-one hub that actually enhances prospecting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adrian L. | Sales Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Common Room?**

Common Room is great at taking lots of data (accounts, website visits, contact information, etc.) and organizing all of it in a way that really speeds up prospecting. It's a big improvement over bouncing back and forth between multiple tools, and I've ended up using it every day.

The level of customizability is also a huge plus. You can organize, segment, and score your contacts by whatever criteria is most useful to your process, which makes prioritizing accounts and prospects much faster and easier.

**What do you dislike about Common Room?**

Sometimes it's difficult to see all the information you want on a single screen.

**What problems is Common Room solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A lot of data that's used to score leads and prioritize accounts is typically disparate. Common Room brings that data together and combines it to give a clearer picture of intent and makre prospecting more efficient.

 ### 33. Good tool for capturing all the intent signals

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Common Room?**

1. Most of the intent signal channels are there i.e. Linkedin, Twitter, Job change, website deanonymization et al. They have got plenty in the pipeline too.

2. The UI is super neat and it has never hanged for as long as I have used it. The UX feels intuitive and I am glad it doesn't feel as cluttered as other SaaS tools.

3. Integration with SF is good and syncing data with it is truly seamless. You can easily map the fields and sync just takes 15 mins which is practically realtime.

4. The deanonymization is pretty accurate. However, to ensure higher accuracy they manage to deanonymize pretty small percentage of your traffic.

**What do you dislike about Common Room?**

1. Alerts are not customizable. Organization alerts contain nothing more than the organization name which kind of renders the alert useless for our reps.

2. Email digest feature is pretty rigid. If you like to create email digest for your team you won't be able to do it. The rep would have to individually create their own digest alert.

**What problems is Common Room solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Common room is helping us aggregate the intent signals and allowing us to mix and match them to surface the right contacts and orgs. We expect it to work as our CDP of intent signals, a role which it has been able to perform to a decent extent.

 ### 34. Makes my life easier as an SDR

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Common Room?**

Ability to find qualified leads with less manual work. Love being able to see who has checked out our website recently, who's hiring, who has existing users in my platform so I have a leg up when reaching out to someone to prospect.

**What do you dislike about Common Room?**

The UI could be a little better - sometimes it's not the most intuitive. I have to sift for a little while to find the perfect leads, but granted they're still there.

**What problems is Common Room solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can see very easily who has visited our company website and who at the user's company is already an existing user in my platform. This helps me to have a lot of background info when calling up a prospect.

 ### 35. Makes managing my book easier

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Logan D. | Founding Enterprise SDR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Common Room?**

I like that I can see all my accounts very easily as well as what people from those accounts are doing. My favorite is the ability to put multiple people in sequence very quickly. It has streamlined my workflow for sure.

**What do you dislike about Common Room?**

I wish it used notes from the CRM to feed into information about the accounts. AI like.

**What problems is Common Room solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can't think of any

 ### 36. Warmer prospects

**What do you dislike about Common Room?**

They are improving on the data integrity of prospects which was initially a challenge. This has been improving.

**What problems is Common Room solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Signal based prospecting. Making it easier to find Warren leads from an outbound prospecting perspective. Easier to find who needs help and identify what challenges they are facing.

 ### 37. The future of outbound prospecting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Common Room?**

Common Room is at the forefront of a new movement within outbound sales development. Prospecting is no longer about casting a wide net and hoping to catch something. Cold prospecting has been replaced by warm outbound, which requires the capture of intent signals from your ICP.

Common Room is the best tool on the market for capturing said intent signals so that SDRs & AEs can leverage warm context to drive outbound efforts.

**What do you dislike about Common Room?**

Honestly nothing. I'm excited to see where Common Room continues to invest in their product.

**What problems is Common Room solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows for the capture of warm signals to inform outbound prospecting.

 ### 38. Enable your SDRs to do more than ever before

Common Room gives us the ability to enable our reps to focus on the right prospects always. It allows leadership to drive our vision and empower our reps to do more in their day, without feeling burned out.

**What do you dislike about Common Room?**

The hardest part is standing up Common Room, with our current CRM instance.

**What problems is Common Room solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our reps were focused in all the wrong places. Common Room let's us drive plays from the top-down. It makes sure our reps focus on where we win most often.

 ### 39. Common Room has been a great experience for my workflow!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Military | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Common Room?**

Our outbounding efforts before common room were so manual and super time consuming! I LOVE that I can sequence, add to campaign, and get actionable insights so easily.

**What do you dislike about Common Room?**

I work in the strategic sector so it can be a little hard as some of our SFDC data is up to date. I do wish there was an ability to add account owner when I open my sales plays so I can see easily instead of clicking into SFDC which AE owns which account so I can narrow my focus

**What problems is Common Room solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Common Room has completely transformed how I manage and engage with our customers and has saved me some time. It seamlessly integrates into my workflow, helping me track customers across platforms, identify key contributors, and surface actionable insights and sales plays in one place.

The user interface is intuitive, and the filters and tagging system make it easy to prioritize the right relationships and moments.

Highly recommend for any team serious about community-led growth and in the commercial space!

 ### 40. Signal stack prospecting all in one place

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Common Room?**

Allows our team to prioritize prospecting with signals across different applications all in one place (data warehouse, LinkedIn, salesforce, hubspot etc.

**What do you dislike about Common Room?**

Slack alerts are limited to default fields and are not customizable. We've raised this with their team, and it has been added as a feature request. Some other integrations such as Salesforce and Hubspot are not as robust, but we have built workarounds.

**What problems is Common Room solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps our reps easily identify ICP prospects to prioritize and reach out. It is great that Common Room is associated with enrichment providers and can us identify email and phone number details without the need to utilize other providers

 ### 41. Flexible platform that powers our signal-led outbound

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Common Room?**

Common Room has become central to our outbound strategy - it surfaces the right signals for our team to act on. While there was a bit of a learning curve at first, I appreciate the flexibility to tailor the platform to how our team works best. It’s intuitive once you're oriented, and I love that it doesn’t force a one-size-fits-all approach.

**What do you dislike about Common Room?**

It’d be helpful to have the ability to clone team segments, since many of them share similar baseline settings. That small feature would save some setup time, but otherwise the experience has been great.

**What problems is Common Room solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Common Room helps our team zero in on the right signals and tailor outbound efforts to what actually works. It gives us the flexibility to build workflows that match our sales motion instead of forcing a rigid process. That’s made our outbound more efficient and better aligned across the team.

Common Room helps me surface key signals and identify the right prospects to engage—without a ton of digging. Even as a newer user, it’s become a dependable part of my daily sales flow. It makes it easier to take timely, targeted action.

**What problems is Common Room solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a commercial offering of an open source technology and it's difficult at times to fully understand which companies are meaningfully engaging in the community. This helps streamline this and reach out to help support our community.

**What do you like best about Common Room?**

The fact that based on a couple of settings, it can detect valuable prospects and capture buying signals, allowing us to do high-value personalized reach-outs.

**What do you dislike about Common Room?**

We would love if it had automated outreaching options, but this can be solved with one of the partner add-on tools they use.
Also personalized contact data like phone numbers would be great.

**What problems is Common Room solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is supporting us with detecting the right leads, saving us hours of prospecting a week.

 ### 50. Common Room Outreach review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Common Room?**

I love how it automatically generates C-level suites specifically for the product I’m going after. I also love how I can export the contacts in bulk into sequences.

**What do you dislike about Common Room?**

It would be really helpful if recent activity from Salesforce could be pulled as a column into Common Room. In this way, I have to manually check the contact in SF to verify they are not in talks with AE or AA already.

**What problems is Common Room solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It help me with gathering the right personas at accounts that arent already in our Salesforce.
