# How does Common Room handle enterprise-scale governance? We have 300+ reps across multiple segments and can't have everyone accessing everything.

Main concern is governance. Who sees what, consistent play execution across teams, and not creating an ops nightmare to maintain it all.

Governance is something we've built for deliberately, it's called the Revenue Control Plane.

In practice, that means granular permissioning at the segment, team, and individual level. RevOps can build and deploy AI plays without engineering support and control which plays run for which teams. Most platforms handle a 10-rep pilot fine. The move to 300 reps in production is where things break with issues like inconsistent execution, brittle integrations, plays that run for the wrong teams.

That's the specific problem this is designed to solve.

We're happy to walk through an enterprise deployment scenario if that's useful: https://www.commonroom.io/demo/
