# What's the most trusted Pet Grooming software by pet groomers, based on user reviews?

MoeGo (4.8 stars, 119 reviews): The highest satisfaction score and largest review base in the category, with groomers specifically praising the grooming report feature that lets them share coat, skin, ear, and behavior details with pet owners directly after each appointment, alongside automated messaging that keeps clients informed about bookings.

DaySmart Pet (4.0 stars, 35 reviews): Groomers describe the appointment request and accept or reject workflow as a major convenience, letting them control their schedule and avoid booking conflicts like a large dog landing in a slot only sized for a small one.

Oh MoeGo is the clear standout here, both highest-rated and most-reviewed by a wide margin, groomers consistently praise it for booking, client communication and mobile-groomer-friendly features. DaySmart Pet is the other established name, decent reviews and widely used, especially by grooming businesses that also want broader business management. Gingr and PetLinx are smaller options that show up too, PetLinx in particular liked for boarding-plus-grooming combos, though on modest review counts. To be real, MoeGo's lead is pretty decisive in this category, so unless you have a specific need it doesn't cover (like boarding integration), it's the safe default to start demoing. Are you a mobile groomer, a storefront, or both? That's the main thing that changes which of these fits.
