        What do you like best?

        I like the seamless integration of the the customer facing interface with the end users ability to diagnose a unique solution. The automated organization and prompting on either side save vital time in cutting down a cycle, especially with high volume prospects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

        What do you dislike?

        I dislike the cost associated with the benefit for a medium sized organization the pros did not outweigh the capital, and we moved to a more versatile software platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
