**What do you like best about Colabo?**

Ease of use, user friendly,  as users can ask questions in their natural language. For sales representatives or any field -this is the best tool to grow the business and productivity with the help of frequently asked questions.

I am completely happy with the Colabo, there is nothing I feel I do not like about it.

**What problems is Colabo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This helps in improving the sales process and makes it more smoother. Also, this tool helps in maintaining the record of the old customer and gives reminders too to reach them. Saves time too.

Colabo works as routing to customers requests that is very appreciating point in the case of Colabo. It specializes in extraction of knowledge leading to be in its own unique way.

**What do you dislike about Colabo?**

Everything is so perfect if we are talking about Colabo. Just one is they should more explore in help centre and parcel improvisation is needed. Otherwise everything is beyond perfect.

**What problems is Colabo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I mainly used Data visualization taking the help of Colabo. It's a boon for me. It makes me visualize things easily that increases my chances of getting appreciated.

**What do you like best about Colabo?**

The real-time messaging feature has been beneficial, as I can tag specific team members to ensure their attention. We can quickly brainstorm and piggyback on these ideas and share feedback.

**What do you dislike about Colabo?**

There is a bit of a learning curve associated with Colabo. Our coworkers who aren't accustomed to collaborating through digital tools have had trouble adapting to the interface.

**What problems is Colabo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It eliminated our need for manual data transfer and ensured a smooth workflow. It saves time, reduces errors, and fosters a sense of teamwork for us.

**What do you like best about Colabo?**

I like that Colabo allows the implementation of bots for customer service, optimizing the company's sales channel by solving and channeling the most frequently asked questions.

**What do you dislike about Colabo?**

At the moment I have not found many things that I don't like, however I think the platform is on the right track, it lacks functionalities that other platforms have but it is functional.

**What problems is Colabo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Within the company many people are implemented for the commercial and support area, I am sure that by implementing this tool Bot automation can optimize the area and thus can offer a much more optimal and faster service.

**What do you like best about Colabo?**

Colabo provides an intuitive and simple to operate tool for prospecting and outreach.  I can set up a series or cadence with automated follow up.  I enjoy how it integrates with SFDC and reduces the manual input required.

**What do you dislike about Colabo?**

While mostly intuitive, the finer details. like many products, take a little bit of time to master but nothing too complicated.  Overall a decent product for what its intended.

**What problems is Colabo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quicker, faster outreach and prospecting.  Time is money so the quicker I can get our message out to new prospects, the happier I am overall.  We've been using it for about a year.

It is evenly matched to its peers, some more ways of differentiating from the competitors would be great.

**What do you like best about Colabo?**

It presents an accuracy in the data that brings confidence allowing to leave the data always updated. A centralized search can be done depending on the industry. Data availability ranges from finance to products. It has integration with the software that we are used to with CRM. Companies with a large number of segments have the facility to quickly filter and search what they want.

**What do you dislike about Colabo?**

I have no criticism about the product. Don't have any problems using it.

I recommend it because it complies with what is offered. It has quality information and is very easy to use. They have great features that take you to the right place.

The company was looking for a solution that would answer data search more quickly and with Colabo we acquired it. It has always kept the company updated on all changes in the sectors.

**What do you like best about Colabo?**

I like the seamless integration of the the customer facing interface with the end users ability to diagnose a unique solution. The automated organization and prompting on either side save vital time in cutting down a cycle, especially with high volume prospects.

**What do you dislike about Colabo?**

I dislike the cost associated with the benefit for a medium sized organization the pros did not outweigh the capital, and we moved to a more versatile software platform.

Cutting down the sales cycle and organization of incoming prospects

**What do you like best about Colabo?**

As an Inside Sales Representative getting net new meetings with prospects is part of my job description. A combination of phone calls, emails, and social media have proven to be the most effective way to set meetings with qualified prospects. Colabo has helped streamline my daily workflow, get more qualified meetings, and ultimately build my pipeline. Great tool that I believe any salesperson looking to get more "At bats" would find extremely valuable.  

**What do you dislike about Colabo?**

While I believe Colabo does a great job of listening to user-feedback and has a healthy schedule of product updates (seems quarterly), some of the cons are: 

* It takes time to understand how to take full advantage of the platform. A training definitely helps up-front, however, Colabo should look to make their product even more intuitive. 

* While a LinkedIn subscription isn't necessary, in the industry that I work in (data storage) it's practically a requirement to really benefit from the features Colabo provides. 

**Recommendations to others considering Colabo:**

Consider how many tools your currently using. We found that we had "Tool Spaghetti" and Colabo was comprehensive enough to replace a number of these tools. 

**What problems is Colabo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're solving a need for more pipeline via net new meetings with cold prospects. Qualification is extremely important as I work for a start-up and resources are limited. Colabo helps me find the right people upfront so that any meetings set have already taken a great first step towards qualification.

**What do you like best about Colabo?**

I have been using Colabo for about 8 months now and I really like it a lot. The people at Colabo are great [friendly, very responsive, very helpful] and the product interfaces very nicely with LinkedIn and Salesforce. Basically it saves me a lot of time by automatically pushing/entering my contact's information from LinkedIn over into Salesforce so I don't have to cut-and-paste all those tedious contact details. And then you can move easily back and forth between Colabo, Salesforce and LinkedIn. 

Colabo also provides a nice snapshot view of a your LinkedIn Contact's timeline activities as well as the LinkedIn groups that they belong to. Another nice feature is that if I am in LinkedIn and select a potential contact Colabo tells me right away whether the lead is already in Salesforce or not and if it is in Salesforce it tells me when it was added, etc.

There is nothing about it that I dislike.

It saves time entering contact details and provides a summary view of each individual contact.

**What do you like best about Colabo?**

I really like how simple adding leads to my prospect list is. One click and they're there. Also the app itself is keeping track of which company they're at so if the move around I'll get a notice.. 

SFDC automation is always nice as well. AS you can tell I'm not a fan of a lot of clicking (which is required for adding stuff in SFDC).

**What do you dislike about Colabo?**

Not much to dislike really. Hard to say because it is a startup and the only thing I dislike is that the future is never promised in the valley. Hopefully I get to keep using this product a long time!!!!

Like any tech ask for help when you need it. I found the support staff/resources helpful

**What problems is Colabo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a lot easier for me to keep up with current customers. It gives me a reminder that I need to reach out to my clients, even the ones that aren't squeaky wheels, haha!

**What do you like best about Colabo?**

Colabo is a fantastic product.  Very stable and does a great job to help make my sales processes smoother.  I strongly recommend giving this product a shot.  

**What do you dislike about Colabo?**

Honestly, there isn't anything that I dislike about this product.  I give it 5 stars. 

**Recommendations to others considering Colabo:**

Fantastic product.  Make sure you use all the training available to you and touch base with their sales team if you have any questions.  Their customer support was fantastic!

**What problems is Colabo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use this to help with lead generation and with database clean.  It does both very well. Makes my life better.
