**What do you like best about Cognism?**

The accuracy of the contact data in European and international regions is outstanding. The platform's AI-driven intelligence is excellent at updating and validating contact info. The onboarding process was smooth, and the support team was helpful in getting us set up quickly. Furthermore, the integration capabilities (specifically being able to enrich our CRM and tradeshow lists directly) are seamless and save our team multiple hours of manual research and verification. The UI/UX is very clean and easy to navigate, and the overall performance is fast and reliable, giving us a massive ROI that fully justifies the pricing.

**What do you dislike about Cognism?**

While the platform is highly functional, the search filters can sometimes feel slightly cluttered when building highly specific criteria for European regions. Additionally, bulk exporting large lists can take a bit of time to process, though the quality and accuracy of the resulting data make the short wait entirely worth it.

**What problems is Cognism solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We struggled with missing or outdated contact details (specifically direct dials and emails) when compiling and enriching B2B lists and tradeshow exhibitors. Now, using Cognism, we can instantly enrich these lists with accurate European and international contact data. This has transformed our workflow: we have saved significant time, reducing manual research from days to just a few hours. The direct benefit is a much faster turnaround for our sales outreach and a noticeable increase in connection rates due to the accuracy of their direct-dial data.

**What do you like best about Cognism?**

I appreciate the possibility of being able to ask the Cognism team to find the phone number if it is missing. It is something I need and really like. Moreover, it was easy to set up and I have never had any problems with the initial configuration. I use Cognism every single day to search for information about our potential clients, such as email addresses and phone numbers, and it works very well for this purpose.

**What do you dislike about Cognism?**

I don't like the information about company revenue on Cognism, especially for the Italian market, because there is a large discrepancy between the real information and what is found on Cognism. I would never trust this data. Also, the email addresses sometimes don't work.

**What problems is Cognism solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cognism solves the problem of finding contact information, such as email addresses and phone numbers, making the process much more explicit and accurate.

**What do you like best about Cognism?**

The best thing about Cognism is the accuracy of their mobile numbers. I use their Chrome extension every day for the US market, and their 'Diamond Data' is a total lifesaver, it’s actually human-verified, so I’m not wasting half my morning calling dead-end landlines or getting number disconnected' messages.

**What do you dislike about Cognism?**

The biggest downside is the price and the credit system for Diamond Data. While the verified numbers are great, you really have to be stingy with how you use them because the 'Diamond' credits run out fast if you're doing high-volume outreach

**What problems is Cognism solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem Cognism solved for me was the dead-end dial. Before switching, I was using other tools where I’d spend more time hitting gatekeepers or disconnected numbers than actually talking to prospects. Since I'm focused on the US market, I needed mobile numbers that actually pick up. Cognism’s phone-verified data has completely changed my day-to-day

**What do you like best about Cognism?**

What I like best about Cognism is the quality and accuracy of its contact data, particularly for B2B prospecting. The platform makes it easy to identify decision-makers, access verified contact information, and build targeted prospect lists quickly. Its integration with CRM and sales engagement tools helps streamline workflows, while the intent data and enrichment capabilities enable more personalized and effective outreach.

**What do you dislike about Cognism?**

Nothing significant comes to mind. Overall, I've had a positive experience with Cognism and found it to be a reliable tool for prospecting and contact discovery. Like any platform, there can occasionally be minor data inaccuracies, but nothing that has had a meaningful impact on my workflow.

**What problems is Cognism solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At Battleground, Cognism helped solve the challenge of finding accurate contact information and identifying the right decision-makers within target accounts. Instead of spending significant time researching prospects manually, I was able to quickly build targeted lists, access verified contact details, and reach relevant stakeholders more efficiently. This improved prospecting productivity, increased the volume of quality outreach, and helped generate more conversations and pipeline opportunities.

**What do you like best about Cognism?**

We find Cognism easy to use and it integrates really well with the platforms that we use, like Salesforce and SalesLoft. This integration allows us to carry data from one platform to another with great ease, increasing our efficiency and our ability to work in the minimal amount of time. We really appreciate the diamond data feature as it gives us peace of mind that the contact details we receive are verified and vetted by somebody, ensuring they are usable when contacting prospects.

**What do you dislike about Cognism?**

We do battle a little with contact details in Italy. It's a little bit more sparse than the contact details we use in the United Kingdom.

**What problems is Cognism solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Cognism for prospect contact details which our salespeople reach in the cold calling process. Its integration with Salesforce and SalesLoft boosts efficiency by smoothly transferring data and the diamond data gives us peace of mind as it's verified, ensuring reliable information for contacting prospects.

The ability to pull contacts in a safe an efficient manner - to allow us to directly target potential occupiers who might be in the market.

The smaller companies who might take smaller buildings often have limited details. Sometime you have to write the exact word for word company name in order for it to recognise (it might be better if you can put in a key word and get the company to come up)

The ability to reach out to occupiers where we dont have a direct contact.

**What do you like best about Cognism?**

I like using Cognism because it makes it easier and quicker for me to enrich leads with its mass enrichment feature. I can just import a CSV, and it automatically enriches the information I need for the company. This saves me a lot of time, especially when enriching all the CRM data, which would take a lot of time if done one by one. It's also been really helpful when I'm reaching leads across EMEA, as it provides accurate contact details, validates existing records, and fills in missing information before leads are passed to the sales team. The data coverage in EMEA is particularly useful, helping me save time on manual searches and improving the overall quality of our CRM data. Additionally, the initial setup was easy and direct to the point, which was great when integrating Cognism with our CRM system.

**What do you dislike about Cognism?**

I wish Cognism would improve the consistency of its contact data, as I sometimes find phone numbers and job titles outdated.

**What problems is Cognism solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Cognism helps in reaching EMEA leads by providing accurate contact details, validating records, and filling in missing information. The CSV mass enrich feature makes it easier and quicker for me to enrich leads, saving time on manual searches and improving CRM data quality.

**What do you like best about Cognism?**

I like the user interface of Cognism. It's very simple and intuitive, making it easy to navigate. The database is really good, especially for phone numbers and email addresses in the EMEA/EU regions. The integration with Salesforce and Outreach is also solid, with no complaints there. When I started using the tool, it was really simple with no bugs or problems. The whole interface and experience made me feel like I had been using it for several years; it's that simple. I also think Cognism has the best data coverage in the EU compared to other tools I've used.

**What do you dislike about Cognism?**

Oh, of course, it's with every data provider, even if it's, like, really good, sometimes, in certain industries, the data is not there. I've seen this, maybe, in Southeastern or Eastern Europe. However, when I check companies that are headquartered in the UK, Germany, France, or Spain. Or Italy, the data is really solid. So overall, it's a good experience, but sometimes the data is missing for specific companies, or it only includes data for key decision-makers or influencers, not everyone in the company.

Cognism helps me find phone numbers for my prospects with its intuitive interface and solid database of phone numbers and email addresses, especially in the EMEA and EU regions.

For me, the Linkedin Sales Nav API/integration is the most useful thing to use. I can create a specialised list with sales nav and then export all available mobiles within a few seconds.

**What do you dislike about Cognism?**

Sometimes the LinkedIn Sales Nav integration says there are only half the amount of people on the list that there actually is. I have to refresh the screen a couple of times for it to be accurate somtimes.

It solves the problem of needing mobile numbers to cold call people.

I appreciate Cognism's reliable GDPR-compliant data quality, accurate buyer intent signals, and user-friendly lead filtering tools, all tailored perfectly for B2B outreach across Germany and Europe. Its rigorously verified contact data stands out with every email address, direct phone number, and job title validated in real time, allowing our sales team to reach procurement managers and operations leads directly, saving countless hours on follow-ups and cold outreach. The buyer intent tracking is incredibly valuable for digital sales strategy, helping us identify businesses actively searching for packaging solutions and prioritize warm leads quickly. The advanced regional and industry filters work brilliantly for our local market focus, allowing easy segmentation of prospects by location, company size, and business verticals. Additionally, its built-in compliance framework gives complete peace of mind as all data collection and distribution follow European and German data protection rules strictly.

**What do you dislike about Cognism?**

There are several aspects of Cognism that we find frustrating in our day-to-day work for packaging manufacturing and digital sales. First, its built-in industry classification is far too generic and fails to support niche business segmentation. As a packaging supplier serving food producers, logistics firms, cosmetic brands and other verticals with distinct packaging demands, we need to filter prospects by specialized categories like food-safe packaging, eco-friendly packaging and heavy-duty transport packaging. However, the platform only offers broad industry labels, so we have to create custom tags and set up additional manual screening rules for every lead list. This repetitive work slows down our regional prospecting campaigns and creates extra workload for the sales team. Second, the lead scoring system cannot be fully customized to match our business priorities. We place higher value on potential clients with demands for our core packaging products and those seeking long-term bulk orders, yet the default scoring metrics are universal and cannot be adjusted in terms of weight and criteria. After pulling lead data, we have to manually reorder and prioritize prospects one by one, which is inefficient for large batches of leads. Third, the bulk operation functions are quite restricted. When managing hundreds of prospects for group outreach, we are unable to perform one-click bulk tagging, batch status updates or mass note entry. We can only edit information for single leads individually. Sorting leads by region, packaging requirements or follow-up stages therefore becomes extremely tedious and time-consuming, dragging down the overall efficiency of our lead management work.

**What problems is Cognism solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cognism provides verified contact data, reducing invalid outreach and saving time. It uses buyer intent data for targeted prospecting and ensures GDPR compliance, mitigating legal risks. It enriches CRM data, helping us understand clients better and tailor our solutions effectively.
