**What do you like best about CogniSaaS?**

n my opinion, CogniSaaS helps efficiently manage and track customer onboarding processes. It enables all teams to collaborate on the same platform across different departments.

With department-wise tracking, we can easily monitor work progress and reduce manual efforts, making operations more streamlined and efficient.

**What do you dislike about CogniSaaS?**

I have been using CogniSaaS for over six months, but I have faced several difficulties, including:

Slow response time almost every day.
Task status updates are inconsistent – When I update a product task to "Done" or "In Progress," it does not reflect immediately. The next day, it still shows as "Pending" with no updates.
Lack of reliability and trust – Even after updating project and product statuses, they often do not get saved or reflected properly.
Very slow performance – The platform takes too long to load and process tasks, despite my internet speed being perfectly fine.
These issues make it challenging to work efficiently.

**What problems is CogniSaaS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Through CogniSaaS, I can manage the entire client onboarding process efficiently.

It centralizes all team members across different departments, allowing both the team and the client to track the onboarding status in real-time on a single platform. This ensures better visibility and coordination throughout the process.

**What do you like best about CogniSaaS?**

The console is user friendly and it is easy to manage the workflows and monitor the progress of the properties .

**What do you dislike about CogniSaaS?**

There are handfull of dislikes , just mentioning few here .

1.Slowness :Taking much time to reflect the details that we have added also we have to refresh the page every now and then to check whether the details we have added is reflecting .

2 .Time consuming : Just to add a property it is taking a time of 12 to 15 minutes , here also need to refresh in between to check whether all the check points are reflected .

3 . Automation : The automation that set is not working propertly ," On hold " properties will be under " inactive " ,  incomplete task  marked as  Done  and the list in going on .

As we people are the frequets users as we need to update the progress of the properties , it is really time consuming to update the progress of a single property and there by negetively impacting our work .

Cognisaas is not solving the problems , it is increasing due to its slowness and its causing delay in work .

Easily separate client stages and manage modules with product-specific monitoring, enabling end-users to track progress more effectively.

**What do you dislike about CogniSaaS?**

Implementation has been quite challenging, especially with tasks like creating templates and setting up processes. The system is also very slow, which is frustrating and affects productivity. On top of that, there are several bugs that make things even harder:

1. Pages often fail to load, and we constantly have to refresh them.
2. Products or comments sometimes disappear without any explanation.
3. Automation sometimes marks incomplete tasks as "DONE," which causes confusion between teams and frustrates customers.
4. There are numerous times we can't access client data, and leading us to report to Cognisaas team to get it fixed, until that we can't access and update nothing.

These issues are making it difficult for everyone to work efficiently.

**What do you like best about CogniSaaS?**

There’s nothing I like about CogniSaaS. The platform is slow, difficult to navigate, and searching for clients or accounts is frustrating due to constant page reloads.

**What do you dislike about CogniSaaS?**

Cognisaas has a very poor user experience. The platform is slow and not user-friendly at all. Searching for any client or account is extremely difficult, and there is no smooth navigation. Every time I need to find something, I have to reload the page multiple times, which is very frustrating. The interface feels outdated, and the overall workflow is not intuitive. It wastes a lot of time and makes even simple tasks unnecessarily complicated. Definitely not a great experience!

CogniSaaS is not solving any problems for me. Instead, it creates more frustration with its slow performance, difficult navigation, and inefficient search functionality.

I have had a frustrating experience using this software. The system is consistently slow, with frequent loading delays that disrupt workflow and productivity. Additionally, new bugs keep emerging, further impacting efficiency. Instead of streamlining operations, it often feels like a time-consuming process. Improvements in performance and stability are essential to enhance the overall user experience.

CogniSaaS needs to incorporate essential features such as reducing server load, providing detailed email notifications for task handovers, setting up task reminders with client or property details, and adding filtering options like "Who Added Me as a Team Member or Collaborator." These enhancements would significantly improve efficiency and user experience, but currently, they are missing, making task management less seamless.

We are able to track our onboarding process which is really helpful to know the progress of each account as an Onboarding Agent.

The tool is often slow, and some data tends to disappear unexpectedly, requiring frequent page refreshes to reload the information. This process make unnecessary time-consuming in using the tool

Using CogniSaaS we are able to track our onboading task effectively. It provides the clear insight of the task which are due for today and overdue. This helps the onboarding agent like us to prioritize our work and manage the onboarding efficiently.

The tool is very slow , needs mutliple refreshing to reload the page and this consumes lots of time.

Nothing I like the most.  Everyday we are using this tool to manage property onboarding but it is not working as per standards.

**What do you dislike about CogniSaaS?**

Earlier we were facing slowness due to that it affected the agents performance. That we reported to them which is not 100% fixed & Since 2  days we are facing one more problem. 

While we add property to the cognisaas, Under product plan , there are no task visible & due to that our work has been stopped.

Since 2 days we haven't added properties to the cognisaas, it is yet not sorted so alternatively it is affecting the productivity of the all the onboarding agents.

When we report problem they fix the problem but not completely, and next day one more issue getting generated.

I think cognisaas is very useful for managing data. By using cognisaas we can fetch data according our need.

In cognisaas there are lots of error on daily basis and sometimes its work very slow and not update data correctly

I really appreciate that CogniSaaS gives us the option to maintain and track data on a regular basis, but the software is too slow. If that issue can be solved, this would be a very useful product. The only problem coginsaas has is the slowness of the software

We can manage the daily tasks easily through the cognisaas.

I only updated the actual end date of the task to the next day. However, the system automatically marked the task as Completed on that day, and later, on the same day, it changed the status again from Completed to Overdue. 

Additionally, properties that are currently on hold are still showing up under Due Today tasks, even though they shouldn't be visible there.

The user interface is quite simple and easy to understand.

Slowness: The main issue we are facing is cognisaas taking a longer time to reflect the data. Many times the global search stops working or take longer time to fetch the data. Apart from that there are many more areas where we have to toggle back and forth to see the content.

Reliability: Moreover, the software isn’t reliable. It crashes many times showing a null value.

**What do you like best about CogniSaaS?**

CogniSaaS has a great and broad way to track customer's projects. I really like the stages that can be tracked for each customer, even including different deals into one company. Milestones can have different scenarios such as "not initiated" all the way down to "completed". I really like the percentage bar that shows the progress with each customer. Also, customer details can be populated, such as project start date, ARR, industry, segment and even sales or post sales stages. All in all this is a great way to track stages with customers and remind properly yourself and create awareness of the required steps so that the projects can add success to our CSM role!

Some times the information takes a while to refresh, but this is minor.

Have a proper tracking and avoiding manual tasks in spreadsheets. Saves time and gives a clearer picture of the customer's real state.

- User Friendly
- Easy to track how many orojects you have, stage of each project and automatically notifes the other teams like financial whenever you gets to a certian stages in the project.
- Can upload the document, notifies a team mate when they are involved, or there is any updates in the project timelines or stage, or other things.

The projects has many stages and it takes time to update one by one.
Some times you cannot find the project by searching with company's internal number.

The status of my projects is clearly visible. Easy for me to track the accounts that are falling behind schedule. Multiple timelines in each project can be tracked individually.

The number of clicks to update the status of the project is high. Reducing number of clicks will increase productivity.

To track multiple projects, I used to use a number of excel sheets. Where as on Cognisaas, I can add all the details in one place. This also helps in sharing the status with my clients.
