**What do you like best about CodeREADr?**

CodeREADr provides great scanning options with user-friendly attributes allowing mobile access and use.  The GPS coordinates recorded while scanning continues to help our industry when it comes to return orders. There are good search options when it comes to running reports.

**What do you dislike about CodeREADr?**

There are limited pictures (three) that you can take when on site. These pictures are crucial to our business as it provides confirmation of on-site actions for the installation of our product. The online procedures (no data service areas) have a failure rate that make for a lot of excess work to get GPS coordinates of on-site actions. Our ERP is NetSuite.

**What problems is CodeREADr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Location of our orders upon installation of our product. The GPS coordinates are crucial to our return process and is a must as our business deal in rentals, the most lucrative side of our profits.

**What do you like best about CodeREADr?**

It is SO simple to use. This software is both practical and easy to use for people of all levels of technological knowledge. 

**What do you dislike about CodeREADr?**

As of right now, there is nothing I have encountered with the software to cause a dislike towards the product. 

**Recommendations to others considering CodeREADr:**

This is one of the easiest products that all team members learned how to use quickly! It is very simple and streamlines our entire participant process. This product is a 10/10. We like being able to search participants when they forget their badges (which happens a lot for multi-day events). Additionally, it is so easy to integrate with other software which is a huge bonus! 

**What problems is CodeREADr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our department specifically uses CodeREADr to scan participants in and out of events and keep record of the large amounts of event participants. Not only that but CodeREADr makes it so easy to keep track of who came for which days, etc. which is all important for us to keep track of the data for stipend use, etc.
