# Which Genesys consulting partners support the platform after go-live rather than handing back at launch?

From what I've heard, it's usually the plan from the start when it happens well, teams that end up with a partner sticking around describe having asked about post-launch support explicitly during vendor selection rather than discovering the gap after the fact. The ones who had to negotiate for it separately tend to be the cases where the original contract was scoped purely around implementation, and by the time the platform was live and something needed attention, the partner treated it as a new engagement to be priced separately rather than a continuation of the same relationship.
